"What if--if you find someone else...?" she nearly cried, unable to keep her voice steady. she was hurting him, she was stupid, she was cut off from life. he would be hurt, or mad, that she said that. but she needed him to reassure or detter her or she'd never be able to enjoy everythign fully. she was afraid. afraid of live, afraid of everything.

"i'm sorry..." she mumbled, putting her head to his cold chest. her shoulders shook as she cried. she was so stupid for sayign that, but she needed to know. she had to hear him say it in a form tone with finality behind it. "i'm so...stupid..." she kissed his chest and hugged herself close to him.

She shuddered as he pulled her close to him. she swallowed, she could still taste him on her lips. "going outside in the sun wouldn't be wise." she murmered.

the roaring in her ears, the feral snarls, nearly made her wince, but she chose to ignore it as she kissed him. Soon she'd be on a ship and they wouldn;t be able to follow her.
