"That's interesting." Lia stepped up to the counter. She ordered what they wanted and payed. They went over to a table and sat. "So what did the symbol look like?"

"Uhm....." Taking a napkin and a customer pen, he drew a key that kind of looked like it could be used as a weapon. It had a hilt, a grip, a long stem, and it's keys stuck out sharply. "That." He said, putting the pen down. "I think..."

"That's cool looking." She faced it towards her with her burnt hand. "You could probably look it up online or something to find out what it is."

Looking at her hand, he said "How did that happen?" Then gasped. "At the fight?!" He asked, staring with worry.

"Oh." She looked at her hand, analyzing it for the millionth time in her life. "There was a fire when I was little. My birth parents died so I got adopted by the family I'm living with now." She placed her hand on the table again. "I 've always thought it was sort of weird how it was in this pattern. I've tried looking for it but no luck so far."
