Having droped her eyes to the bottle of wine, she kindly rejected. She prefered something harder if she were going to drink, though she did not let that be known, at least not now.

Looking back into his eyes, his question had brough her to thought. What to tell him. Her favorite job was running the business. She owned a few bars, poolhalls, resturants, and even an estate in a couple different places. Though, she looked to young to admit to all of this. She would touch on a past Major, possibly more than one. It was not odd that a student have multiple majors, though it did cut off with having a life. She should know, it kept her occupied for years.

Finally picking her story, she would go with it. At least for now.

"Yeah, I'm a college student. My Major is in Business, though I'm not really going anywhere right now. I am transfering from a school in North Carolina." So far, what she is saying is true, besides Business being her current Major. A North Carolina school was the last school she attended, and she was not going to any school at the moment."Anyways, being as I just moved up here, I don't have a job. I've saved up a lot of money from working over the years though, and my parents were wealthy, so I'm good on money for now." She was very well off on money. Who could own an Estate and NOT be well on money?

Smiling softly, she remembered his comment on her name.

"Thanks for the complement, by the way."

Shifting in her chair, she crossed her left leg over her right so it hung to the right of her right leg, in a lady-like manor.

"So, tell me about yourself. Are you a student? Job?... You know, all that good stuff." She never lost her smile, and her tone was 'chipper', the cold background pushed back by the mood.

((It's fine.))

Kashkin was impressed.

"You don't say? A major in business and wealthy parents? My, you seem to have it made!"

Business was some pretty complicated stuff, and in college, it was extremely hard. He himself would currently be in college, but instead he learned on his own, doing his own homeschooling. He did actually have a life outside of hunting vampires and demons. Due to all the time it consumed, he usually stayed up late. He didn't even get sleep for 3 days at a time.

"I'm in college, although it may not look it. I work as a pizza boy, but I also have parents who are supportive of me. I like running (like cross country stuff), I play some video games now and then, and I enjoy hanging with friends a lot. However, work does take up quite a lot of time. Then again, work consumes all of our lives in one way or another, everyone doing their own jobs...." Kashkin leaned foward, looking around like he was gonna tell a secret. "Between you and me, I think works one of the most evil things on the planet." He paused, thinking. "Come to think of it, I think the best job I was suited for was making pizza. But that's kind of a useless talent, ya know?"

Kashkin seemed enthusiastic, his uneasiness residing. So much that, accidentally, he went to bring his hand up and forgot that he had the wine bottle in it.

"Oh n-"

Kashkin.... yea. He poured red wine all over his hair. He sat there, his face bright red, yet, if put next to the wine color-wise, paled in comparison. He sat there, managing to save half the bottle. Placing it on the table, he stuck his tounge out of the side of his mouth, letting the wine drip on it.

"Well, at the wine's good. But I was thinking earlier... something a little stronger might be better....."

*Rogue apparently eavesdropping, looked out of the corner of her eye and said to him,
"Well then by all means, order something stronger, my dear."

A somewhat strong French accent was detectable in her voice and she lifted a hand to the bar giving him a go ahead.

"It's on me."

*She smiled slightly.*
"If he won't order for you, order for yourself, Ciara."
*She took another drink from the contents of her glass.*

Chuckling softly, she offered Rouge a slightly toothy smile, though having it well hidden from Kyle.

"That would be nice. How about a screwdriver, and a vodka martini with an olive twist."

Ciara didn't mind at all that the Elder butted in, in all honesty it humored her. If she were to get angery at someone droping into her conversation, she would be a hypocrite, for not but a few hours earlier she had been listening to the Rouge and the Tainted Elder have their little spat.

Turning her head back to face Kyle, she laughed softly once more at the sight of the wine in his hair.

"Something stronger would work better when spilling it, you would have an excuse." She was joking, and her tone clearly showed that.

She allowed her Irish accent to stick out more. It was stronger than all others, for Ireland was were she spent the longest of her years. Having grown up as a human not to far from there. ((I can't picture a map at the moment. So, work with it?))

*Rogue leaned into the bar and told the requests to the bartender.
He whipped them up and Rogue handed them down to Ciara.

She took another swig of her drink and lit another cigarette and took a drag.*
"What brings you to the club tonight, Ciara?" She said the words as if they had been best friends in another lifetime, or maybe even old chums meeting up after work for a drink.

Accepting the drinks, she offered Rouge a "thank you" before quickly downing the shot.

Responding back in the same fashion of being friends to Rouge, she spoke calmly, "Oh, nothing new, Dear. Out for a drink with a friend" The way she said 'friend' was off, only someone closely listening could hear the emphasis on the word. Not meant as an insult or a complement, she was putting some sort of a point across.

After pushing the empty class to the center of the table, she ran her left forefinger over the rim of the martini glass.

Not meaning to butt Kyle out of the conversation, she continued speaking with Rouge, though only for a short small-talk. "How about yourself? Anything new?" Her words had many meanings behind them, only she let the woman she was speaking to decide the approach to take them as.

Kashkin laughed, still red in the face.

The newcomer seemed nice as well. The conversation she started was almost as if Ciara and the new girl had known eachother for quite some time. "How are you? Anything new?" That's what she said. Coincidence? Probably freinds from college. But didn't Ciara say she just moved here? She didn't have a job, which means she really did just move here. Perhaps he was being paranoid? Paranoia always seemed to be just around the corner of his mind, poking it's nose out and making itself known. Coincidence? Or words contradicting themselves? It was called life. Things like this always happened.

Ah, most likely a coincidence. Maybe she was a friend that moved here ahead of time. Or perhaps they just met and were getting along great. Some people were like that.

'Just get it out of your head. Your paranoia is going to drive you insane, Kashkin.' Kashkin thought to himself.

Not many people knew, but Kashkin had actually taken an entire two year course on investigation. He was able to analyze things quite quickly, and he was always so far ahead of the class, his teacher gave him next year's syllabis half way through the first year.

Yes, he was very smart, and in some ways a genius.

He put that little thought out of his mind, not worrying unecessarily.

"Well, if you'll excuese me, I think I'm going to go get a drink and then attack the dance floor."

Kashkin got up, bowing, and made his way to the bar. Before making it there, he moved all his hair back, pushing it all out of his eyes and backwards. He looked much older when he did this, instead of just the average punk. Almost distinguished.

"Vodka. Straight."

He waited, the bartender getting him his drink. Kashkin looked like a completely different person when his hair was back. However, when he got it, he walked back over towards the table, but only made it half way before stopping. He tilted the shot glass back, the liquid disappearing inside him, the shot glass shining due to light reflecting off it.

"MMMMMmmmm..... That's better."

Holding the shot glass, he waved to Ciara and the other lady, his agility kicking in. He weaved his way in and out of the dance crowd quite quickly, getting right in the middle. His mind was completely clear.

There, he started dancing, hiding from his new friend. Kashkin liked games, including hide and go seek. He, being the agressive yet cool seeker, would usually win. However, if he wanted to vanish, well.....

(((If you think that it's god-modding, let me know. But if you look at it, Ciara did say she just moved here, and asking if anything's new implies that she's been here before. Usually, the motive of a college student is to get a job right away, but being that "her parents are rich" would probably change the subject. But I'm straying off topic. Kashkin is paranoid of everything and takes most of the things people say literally, as well as having and edicit memory (and there are other reasons, like how the girl wasn't afraid of him, the crime scene, or things like that. who knows? It might be normal). If you want me to change my post, lemme know ^_^;; )))

Chuckling softly to herself, she watched Kashin walk off. She had sensed his paranoia when she started to speak with Rouge.

It was true that she had just moved there, though she had never met or spoken to the woman until that moment. She knew who Rouge was and that was why she spoke as she did. It doesn't take her long to figure some things out in people, and she had figured out that in Kashin's case, it would take her a bit of time to break that paranoia. That wouldn't be to much work for her, being as she was used to it. She used to have to 'train' the fedlings and they were worse than Kashin.

Having watched him until he faded into the crowd, Ciara's mind was near high gear. It was hard for her to control her thoughts from time to time, mostly she let them all run through, causing them to jumble up, which was what was happening.

((TALK IN THIRD PERSON! -- That's to Marty kazuka.))

Jack entered the bar. It was heavily packed as usual. He saw his bandmates setting up the instruments. An odd smile grew on his face. He rose his hand as he walked in with the guitar. His friends spotted him and called out.

"Where have you been man?" one of them said.

"You know where, Gary. Around."

"More than around," another friend said. "You've been gone for months."

"Yeah, yeah," Jack said laughing. "Let's just set up."

Takiko walked in possibly a half an hour or so after Jack arrived. It did not take her long for her to spot Jack, since they were the only band here. With a smile spread across her lips, she walked over to him. Every step was silent across as she stepped across the floor. The scent of blood was in the air, from somewhere, it caught her attention only for a brief moment.

"Hey, I was wondring when you'd make it."

Jack smiled as he walked up to Takiko and kissed her.

"Glad you could make it. Hey, i have a piece for you. Here's the sheet."

He handed her a piece of paper titled "Gears of War." He winked at her as he went back to his band mates and chatted with them briefly. He wanted to make sure everything was in order.

Bjorn entered the club silently, he smiled because it was the first place he went in New York. It's amazing, of all the cool things he could have done he goes and drinks. He put his parasol away into his pocket and sat down at the bar. It was the same bartender as last time. He ordered his drink and then started sipping it slowly. He had heard New York was a dangerous city so he had to keep his senses sharp and not have them blurred by being drunk.

Lindzi strolled into the club, and instant smile on her face. Her long aburn hair had been pulled back into a high ponytail, that swayed behind her as she sat down at the bar. Her hazel eyes swept the dance floor, her favorite place in the world, except for the library of course.

"Just a water please." She told the bartender, flashing him a dazzling smile.

Because of her shortness, Lindzi was able swing her legs in time to the music and she even nodded her head a bit, careful not to spill her water. She noticed the band setting up, and her smile widened, she loved live music.
