"Only one that is excited about bad habits." Moving his son's plate away from him and setting it to the table proper so the child didn't get the idea to throw it. "Finish your juice." Picking up his own fork and taking to his food. "You'll be happy to know I have an appetite today. And that will also make you happy because I know how much you enjoy the knowledge that I eat. Don't encourage me not to."

"He gets excited about anything and everything that you or I say unless it has to do with his b-e-d." She watched him start to eat and was amazed that he actually had an appetite. Nodding, she sat back in her own chair and forced a bite or two then gave up and set her plate next to his. He hated to see food go to waste. "It's healthier for you. Eat your fill, Sevilin. There's more on the stove if you are still hungry." Grabbing a cloth from the table, she stood up and wet it then scrubbed at her son's face. "Kelligrin. You have eggs in your hair again which means bathtime for you. Come on."

"This is true. Though I suppose it's good to be as such." Blinking though as apparently they were reversing roles here and she didn't want to eat anymore, looking to her plate as she had pushed it near him. Well that was...odd. Another blink though as she made off with his youngest and he tried to put his mind into a place where he was comfortable, not worrying about his son upstairs...of course Kariel knew how to get a hold of him if need be, but he still worried. "Make sure to just give him some toys so he gives you an easier time."

Nodding, she carried her youngest upstairs and settled him in the tub, letting him play and whatnot before drying and dressing the toddler then taking his hand and slowly making their way back downstairs. Sevilin hadn't moved which she didn't find odd in the least. Plopping Kelligrin on a blanket with some toys, she walked over to her husband and wrapped her arms around his neck, resting her cheek against his. "He's not in reverie if you want to go talk to him. I know you're worried."

Indeed his thoughts had taken him from eating down to merely playing with his food for a moment, seperating components on his place to their own respective spaces so to speak. Though he was broken from such things by her voice and touch and he looked back somehwhat at her with a light sigh. "If I've learned anything about teenagers, it's that they don't like to be smothered. Especially that one. Smothered or babied." Shrugging nonchalantly, or at least trying to make it seem that way. "If he needs me, he'll call for me." Despite how he may actually feel.

Zahara sighed, "And if I've learned anything about teenagers it's that they don't like to ask for help, even when they need it. You're both just as stubborn as I am, you know." Tugging on his braid gently and then nuzzling him. "Then you can help me with the dishes or play with your other son. He's missed you too, you know." Glancing back at the child who was stacking objects on top of each other to watch them tumble back down.

"If it's bad enough, anyone will cry for mommy or daddy." Squinting an eye, but smiling as she tugged on his braid. A long time ago, she wasn't able to do that and have him maintain a positive mannerism."You're evil. Tempting me with the choice of either cleaning or playing with my child. Since when did you learn such horrid things?" Poking her in her exposed side then looking between her and the baby. "Well...since you hogged me all yesterday and last night, and it irritates you to no end when I clean because it can take hours, and you need to have the child not clinging to you, I'll take the playing route." Then he'd find a reason to go check on Zykariel." Handing Zahara his neatly organized plate he pressed a kiss to her cheek and got up, moving over to his youngest. Would keep his mind occupied...and he liked to watch Kelligrin. There was something so percise about that boy...Sevilin didn't know if it worried him or not.

Laughing at the poke, she squirmed lightly and moved to take care of the dishes while he entertained Kelligrin. Yes, she had learned a few tricks during her time as a mother and some might even say she was manipulative. Came with the job description. At least that was her story and she was sticking to it. He glanced up at his father and gave a grin. "Daddy." He carefully stacked three blocks, one on top of the other, and made sure that they were set exactly right. Taking another larger block, he settled that on top and nodded in triumph. Picking up Rawr, he handed him to Daddy and then settled himself back down on the blanket. "You be Rawr. But don't knock it down yet, okay?" Thus adding another structure exactly like the first one and then picking up another stuffed animal and knocking the one closest to him down. Despite his age and developing motor skills, he hit the tower so that it fell towards him instead of towards the other one, leaving the other tower standing just as he'd built it. "Your turn, Daddy."

He sat down crosslegged with his son and took Rawr with a grin at the poor ragged dragon. He should fix him up when the kids were all occupied, make him good as new again so he'd last for longer. It was horribly dirty as it was anyway. But his attention stayed on his son, watching how the child worked. Yes there was something different about this one that he had only seen before in himself and then a tad in Faate as well. "What are you building and knocking down." Taking his turn though to knock the tower down, making blocks fall to the side and onto the blanket.

Daddy was even doing it right which made Kelligrin so much happier. He watched his father and nodded in approval then built the two towers right back up so they could be knocked down once again. "Houses. Rawr's real mad at the people 'cause they didn't give him a cookie." It made sense to him and that's all that mattered. "But there's nobody in the houses so don't worry, Daddy. They're all out fishing. And the daddy in this house is a drawn mage like you so he can build it back. That's why Rawr's knocking it down."

Well...that was interesting and rather logical for a child his age. Now where did that kind of intellect come from. Of course being Sevilin and knowing himself insane on a few levels...he rarely thought of his own intelligence level to be a factor. "If the people give him a cookie will he stop knocking down houses?" Letting the child build once more before attending to the same ritual when it was his turn again. "So Rawr is being a good dragon by not hurting anyone too? He's just cranky isn't he?"

Kelligrin stopped for a moment, caught by the new situation his father was introducing and he attempted to figure it out. Rawr was upset because he hadn't gotten a cookie and it wasn't fair. But if he got a cookie, would that make it all better? If he was crying and Mommy gave him a cookie, it made things better. He nodded, "He doesn't wanna hurt them 'cause that wouldn't be very nice and he'd have to go to his room. But they weren't very nice when they wouldn't give him a cookie, either. If they gave him one now, I think he'd be happy again and stop knocking down the house. He might even help make it again."

Somehow he was gathering that this was all an elaborate plan to get a cookie before dinner, and lunch for that matter. However with his other son laid up, he was feeling indugent to whomever needed the indulging at the moment. A nod to his son's precise explaination and he grinned at the child. "Well then, the people should pray to the cookie goddess," giving a point to Zahara over his shoulder, "so they can get a cookie to give to Rawr. Then everyone would be happy."

"The cookie goddess?" Turning his whole body to look over at his mother and then back to his father, uncertain for a moment. Reaching up, he tugged on his ear and then looked at Rawr. "What if she says no?" He answered his own question with a confident grin at his father. "Then you'll get one from her instead." Pushing himself up and toddling over to his mother, he tugged on her skirt and waited. It didn't bother him that she was busy since it had never mattered before. "Mommy, I gots a question."
She set the dish she was washing back in the soapy water and turned to pick up a towel so that she could dry her hands, then dropped down to rest on her heels so she was at her son's level. "Have, Kelligrin. I have a question. What is it?"
He frowned at her for a moment but nodded and rocked on his boots. The whole story spilled out in a discombobulated fashion but he finished with, "So can I have a cookie to make Rawr happy and then he'll stop breaking the houses? Daddy said it was a good idea."
Zahara glanced back at her husband and wondered if she'd been set up. "So, I'm the cookie goddess? Well, goddesses like making the ones that serve them happy. I'll tell you what. If you pick up the napkins from the chairs and put them in the laundry room, I'll give you and Rawr a cookie."
Kelligrin thought it over for a moment, then frowned. "What about Daddy? He might feel left out if he doesn't get a cookie and then he might wanna break houses, too."
"Hmm, we can't have that." Tapping her fingers against her chin as she thought about it. "I've got it. Have Daddy help you pick up the napkins and then he can have one too. How's that?"
He nodded happily and then looked over to his father. "Didja hear, Daddy? She's gonna give us all a cookie but only if we help pick stuff up."

He watched in amused fashion as his son went to negoatiations with the so called cookie goddess and just gave a conspirital grin at his wife when she had glanced at him. A light nod to his son, "I heard. Goddesses rarely give anything for free. So let's give her what she asks for and get cookies for us all so we don't knock down buildings." Thusly turning his son to the chairs to grab napkins, and picking up his sons from the highchair that was out of his reach.
