Satrina smiled back at him. "Welcome back Mr.Michealis."
Claude frowned standing to one side as Isabella and Ciel had their breakfast.
Isabella filled him in. "It's like this, Satrina had just finished making that new pendant in order to change Sebastian back since she was causing some dominance troubles with Claude and Sammael....they almost tore the whole manor down fighting over her."
Claude sighed, rolling his eyes. wounder if the day would ever come when Isabella would stop teasing him.

Grell started to laugh. "Wow I missed a good one. As for me that would never happen because I can control how much of my pheromones come out, and can stop them from coming out altogether unless I want them to. It's fine for me to stay a female in this mansion."
Sebastian walked up behind Claude and put his hands on his eyes. "Guess who?"

Claude had noticed the glitter of red on Grell's finger, but before he could focus on it his eyes where covered. "...!" He turned around, then not caring who was watching gave Sebastian a happy smile. "Sebastian..." He embraced his lover, his lips quickly finding his, golden eyes dropping closed in a long passionate kiss.
At first Isabella smiled and glanced away, then stole glances at the two men kissing each other as if they never wanted to part. She blushed, it was the first time that she'd seen them kissing...and it was a bit hot.
Satrina's smile faded, but when Grell glanced her way she put on a fake one.

Sebastian smiled as he kissed him back. He had really missed his lover too. He kissed him deeply and passionately, not caring who watched them.
Grell had seen that fake smile on Satrina's face, but decided not to bring it up right now. She had an idea what it was about because it happened after she looked at the two lovers making out, and it didn't help that she was wearing a wedding ring in front of her. She thought about it before going over to her. "Want me to be your match maker? I can help you be happy like everyone else is."
Ciel smiled at the two reunited lovers. "This is a very sweet moment agreed Isabella?"

Satrina shook her head, "One would need a Heart for that." her tone was a little cold.
"Yes. very." Isabella smiled as Claude and Sebastian pulled away from each other. still not seeming to notice anyone.
Claude woke up first, he blinked and realized what he'd been looking at on Grell's finger. an engagement ring. A small shard of envy grew in his heart at that moment. Reapers and humans could get married if they wanted to. with a big beautiful ceremony.
"I missed you Sebastian...." Claude said, still holding him close.

Grell gave her a rather saddened feeling, having a good idea what she felt seeing everyone else around her as happy as pie. Grell had been in the middle of a lot of pain since she'd been born. Growing up she had been a complete outcast to everyone except William, and she had been the only one to know way. Second was when she had been Jack the Ripper and Madame Red's butler. That woman had the man of her dreams taken from her by her very own sister, so she just settled for a random man at a party...only to have him taken away and her ability to have a child. That same look of jealous and rage was the exact same look on Satrina's face right now with all of the happy people around her. After that it was a single angel who thought she/he/they had the right to pass judgment on a child because of his demon contract.
"We live in a seriously ******** up world." Everyone looked a Grell after she had said that as though they had been pulled in a trance. "You're wrong Claude. Sorry, but if you don't want your thoughts getting read you shouldn't be thinking so loud. I can only have a big and beautiful wedding if it's outside, and not done by the priest, and without the presence of the Holy Bible. Our wedding can't be ordained by God, so what's the point one might ask? The fact that I can still be with him for all eternity without God's blessings. Remember I'm half demon too, not just a reaper. If you and Sebastian are accepted by God and his Angels then you can get married in a church, which is the traditional method. I could never do that, so think about this before getting jealous of someone...there's always someone who's got it worse then you." With that Grell closed her eyes and walked back to her room before sitting down on her bed to look at her ring and smiled at it. It still made her happy, and she had only tried to help Satrina out.
Sebastian whistled at Grell's little speech. "Wonder why she took it so personal?"
"Because Grell knows what it's like to have to work for everything. No one ever handed her anything because she had been outcasted by the death gods. She never got a big fancy promotion unless she's truly earned it, and she couldn't graduate from the Academy without working her a** off, and she wouldn't have William as a lover if she had been the quiet type. She did all those things around him to get his attention. She was never known to be stupid..." Ciel smirked, knowing just how smart the death goddess really was. "If she acted normal then William would have abandoned her after he found out she had demon blood and had already consumed a human soul."

"Grell can....read minds?" Claude said quietly to himself. Not that it would be nice to have their union recognized by the angels that had been one of Micheal's offers to Sebastien and Claude should they decide to join the angels. But Sebastian hadn't decided yet.
The day went on as usual, normal for the Phantomhive manor. During supper, Claude was polite to Sammael. and the Cat-demon was almost nice to him. After all, things like that could be forgiven and the Cat and Spider where expected to work together for a very long time.
Satrina had been thinking about what Ciel had said about Grell having to fight tooth and nail for every bit of happiness she could get. It made scene, better then just excepting her fate.
Taking this to heart. (ha-ha) Satrina got ready for bed and in her nightgown, carried a thick book with her down to the apartment where Sebastian and her father shared.
With their shift over, Claude and Sebastian where in their bedroom, getting ready to spend time together. Claude was just undoing Sebastian's shirt when he heard the door open.
"Father, will you read to me again- oh!" Satrina stood in the doorway. surprised to have caught them about to get intimate.
Claude felt himself blush, for the past few nights Satrina had been asking him to read to her. Since he missed Sebastian sleeping next him, he had allowed it.

"Yes Grell can read minds Something she picked up."
Sebastian had started to blush as well as Claude's daughter walked into the room holding a book, asking him to read it for her. "Uhh.....Hello Satrina...What book do you have there?" He was trying to break the nervousness in the room, not knowing what else to do or say.

"It's a story book...." Satrina said, she looked down, her face also going a bit red. "Uhm....I...I..." She glanced up with a bit more determination. "We still have to finish Cinderella."
Claude sighed, maybe if he finished the story she'd leave. "Very well...."
The girl gave him a happy smile and climbed up on the middle of the bed. She tucked her bear feet under the covers and slid in.
Claude picked up the book and opened it in the middle of lastnight's story. leaning against the headbord. "Cinderella rode the carriage to the ball, the carriage pulled by six white horses...." He paused feeling Satrina turn over and hug his arm. Resting her cheek on his forearm as she listened to his soothing monotone voice. The spider demon cleared his throat, aware that Sebastian was watching, he resumed. with the story.
Towards the end of the story, it appeared that Satrina had fallen asleep, still hugging his arm.

Sebastian had listened to Claude tell her the story and realized that she had fallen asleep, clinging to his arm. He sighed before he looked over at his lover. "I think we're going to have to cancel tonight. I wouldn't want to wake her up."

Claude sighed putting the book on his bedside table. "Very well Sebastian..." He slowly carefully pulled his arm out of her hold. freezing when she stirred. Satrina mumbled something incoherent ending with the word." ...papa."
Claude's mouth dropped open at that. He didn't realized it yet, but his heart had just been stolen by another. He pushed his glasses up on his face. "Sebastian...I....I could take the couch if you want." he said

"You sure you wouldn't want me to take the couch instead so that you can stay with your daughter?" He didn't realize that he just sounded a bit cold and jealous, but he couldn't help it. His first night back as a man with his lover and he wound up giving that special time to someone else, even if it was his daughter.

Claude looked at him with surprise. He knew that Sebastian thought that it was a very bad idea to keep her anyways. With the threat of Satan coming to get her back. The spider thought that he was just being protective of Ciel who was like a son to him and in a way, he was starting to understand that feeling.
"Are you sure? The bed is big enough." Claude said. which was true, but Satrina would be sleeping in between them. "She doesn't take up much room."

"Whatever..." Sebastian sighed before he turned over and just fell asleep, still feeling rather upset. The next day Sebastian had woken up early to start on the chores and began making breakfast. He didn't want to really be around Claude and his daughter because he could feel her tugging at his heart and she was winning. He needed to talk to Ciel about the possibility of her stay being shortened.
