(yeah they do but for anesthesia, they used alcohol lololololol Lancelot being drunk...picture that xD)
"Ngh...." Lancelot shivered from the painful feeling. He let go of Jewel's hand and clenched onto the ground instead, well trying.

the healer blinks pulling something out of a little bag he carrys and hands it to the guard " make him drink this, it will numb the pain. " jewle tilts her head watchign the guard carefully trying to get lancelot to drink it "what is in the bottle" the healer looks at jewle grabing a needle " its a special drink I make that numbs my patient's but.. they tend to get a little woozy. its to make him numb so when I start stitching up his wound he won't feel so much pain"

Lancelot looked at the bottle and started drinking from it. He was thirsty so he drank the whole bottle. It tasted bitter to him but he didn't care.

jewel blinks as the healer is getting a thread ready " I need to give him a few minutes for the drink to take effect...." jewel looks at lancelotwatchign him drink the last of it " what will happen after?.." the healer looks at jewel " after his wound is shut he will have to lay down....and try not to move to much... the wound is deep it will take time for it to heal completly" as the healer gets ready to insurt the needle and start stitching

Lancelot then went limp as the drink takes affect. He isn't awake anymore, instead he is fast asleep since that is what his own body made him do. Although he is blushing a bit red from the drink.

the healer sighs when he finnaly fell asleep as he carefully stiches the wound shut it takes him awhile but he finnaly gets it shut " that should do it... he should be moved to a bed but be carefull when moving him we don't want the stitching to pull out" he said as the guards carefuly lift him up and carry him to a room to allow him to rest " listen to me carefully princess... he mustn't move around to much or the wound will reopen...." jewle nods " okay and thank you very much" jewle said as the healer nods and starts to head out

Nimue then appeared behind Jewel, "Nice castle you have here..." She suddenly said, "Is Lancelot here by any chance?"

" wah!" jewel jumps slightly falling down " owie..." as she looks behind her" n-nimue?! please dont' sneek up on me like that ....I've already had enough of a scare today....." jewel frowns" and yes lancleot is here... but he has to stay in bed or his stitches will come lose...." jewel said getting off the floor

jewle paniced " p-please don't be angry weith him.. if he hadn't shown up I.. I would have been killed someone tried to attack me but I couldn't see who... it sounded liek lancelot but.. I knwo it couldn't have been him... sence he was with you in camelot" jewel whimpers a bit as the guards come out of the room lancelot is in " we did our best placing him on the bed princess.." jewel nods and the guards leave "if you want to see him he's in here... our healer did his best.. he's not like the one in camelot....."
