"Probably in some shitty little establishment in a god forsaken corner of another realm, trying to track an ancient artifact and the man who stole it." she drawled monotonelessly, tapping her chin. "Now cut the attitude with me Zeek. While I may not of been here to help you, I didn't wrong you either."

"I can't help it... I can't even think straight anymore..." He rolled his head forward and hung it as his ears flattened against his head. "I saw Yuki cheat on me.... we're no longer speaking... and he took my kids...." He'd been so lonely and empty since then he could hardly stand it. His mind was so messed up that he couldn't tell who was a friend and who was an enemy.

"You don't get it... I have nothing now. No one to love me, no one to talk to, no one to be near. I'm just as my race is... a shadow. No one would want someone as old as me. I'm older then Dark, yet I can't get anyone to love me like you do him. Guess I'm always going to be alone." He slowly got up and went over to the bar to find more of his stash he hid.

Loreley sighed, hand Issac off the Nena and adjusting Elian's carrier agaist her one shirt as she stood. Following Zeek she whacked him reprimandingly upside the head. "Well if you think like that, no s**t Zeeky. Listen, you don't need to have someone special to define your existance or value as a person. People love you Zeek, even if its not in the way you THINK you need to be loved." she murmured, giving him a motherly kiss on the forehead. "Now straighten up and prove the bastards who took your babies wrong."

The whack on the head was enough to knock him over. He wasn't still all there after his last few days of drinking. He looked up at Loreley. "That's easy for you to say. People like you. No one really cares about me. Haven't since Sino and I broke up. Now I'm just 'the weird old fart'." He slowly stood back up, rubbing the back of his head. His eyes looked to Sapphire, raising a brow. "You sure grew up fast, kiddo." His mind wondered to something else. "Where'd I put that squirrel I caught the other night..." He wondered into the kitchen, not sure if he left it in there or some where else.

Sapphire smiled a Zeek. "Yep I did. It is in my mother's DNA. Well I stayed a kid a long time and just recently turnned into this." she said smiling. "Now stop being Mr. Sabby Sop." she said smiling, not accually knowing what a sabby sop was herself.

Loreley facepalmed with a sigh. Seriously... what the ******** hell did she have to do? Literally beat some good sense into the boy??!?!!? She was about to go after him to do just that when Eli started to wake again. "Bloody friggen 'ell.... is 'e th' blindest b*****d I e'er met..."

"I'm not blind. I'm just not very smart." He said as he looked up from looking inside the brown bag.
