And yes, before you I regularly banned people because they were never around and just were 'bad for the guild'. Since the quite guild option, I don't ban anymore unless I really want your lazy a** off my member lists.
Unfortunately these bans all weren't taken too well and I got fussed out several times, even when I explained things to them.
