Mari giggled as he picked her up and held her. She liked how he was strong and able to do this.

*he had woken up a while ago and he was in the living room. he decorated the place that night with all kinds of birthday decorations, just so that the place looked extra nice. he already cooked breakfast to give to mari when he woke her up. once he finished perparing he brought in her breakfast and placed it on a table next to the bed. he reached for his gitaur and sat on the bed, playing it softly and slowly*

She was sleeping soundly and peacefully until he started playing his guitar. It started to stir her from her sleep, but what really did it was the food he made. Her nose wrinkled from the smell of it and only helped wake her up. She rubbed her eyes and looked to where the sound was coming from. She smiled when she seen him playing his guitar and nudged him with her foot to play a bit.
