Potato juice sounds kinda bland. xd What do you spice it up with?

Dunno...I think it depends on the potato whether it'd be bland or not. I mean think of sweet potatoes...those are pretty tasty by themselves I think 3nodding

i love those sweet kinds....mmmm...

I didn't think about sweet potatos/yams. You could spice it up just like pumpkin juice. I'm thinking like sweet potato pie. It tastes a lot like pumpkin pie. smile

That sounds odd. Cause I know when you boil potatos the water is all starchy and gross. Is it any good?

Potato juice? Do potatoes even have juice in them? I always thought that they were kind of dry...

And I agree with what Jon seems to be saying. I'll take dessert over yams (ugh! gonk ) any old day!

I'll have to agree with the yams, but I'll tell ya. I live in Maine, and we can make anything from potatoes. Cake, ice cream, shakes, souffles, soup, juice, tater-flavored milk... you name it, we probably make it.
