[[You should! I bet it's good. 8D I spend ten bucks to listen to author's read and talk about their books a whole bunch of times. I'd pay you too. d:
Normal ones are never fun. No one really notices unless it's people you know. But when they're like, targets or smiley faced ones everyones all, 'Woaaah.']]

Kurai looked up, caught off guard. Not many people could catch her off guard. She was ready for everything and anything, except for that. She blinked and almost smiled, "That was what I was 'bout to ask." Kurai started playing around with the edge of his cloak, flicking at the flimsy material. "I don't.. really." Kurai repeated herself, trying to make herself clearer. "I don't. Really, I don't." Her voice softened as did her eyes. Kurai had the hurt look in her eyes as she said, "I don't blame you if you hate me." Her voice was soft, fragile. One she rarely used with anyone except for little children.

[[P.S- I'm starting to hint at things for my next 'plan' That's going to be my only hint. d:]]

[[ I do too. Same for movies and stuff. I love commentaries and interviews. * -* // Pay me? ... For being a fail author, I assume.
That I've noticed. I had a friend who actually needed contacts, but she always bought the colored ones anyways, and she always came to school with freaky-ish normal colors, like bright grey and purple. ... Freaked me out; I thought she was going blind with the grey in. ;C ]]

Sasori's eyes relaxed a huge amount, anyone who wasn't completely blind should've easily been able to tell. He knelt down, only enough so he was near her 'height' but still taller than her. His hand moved behind her neck as he nuzzled the top of her head.
"Of course I don't hate you. I'm just glad you don't hate me." He smiled into her hair before leaning back. Best he didn't do that often, right...? He brought his hand back as well and then sat Indian-styled. He failed to keep his gaze on her as it moved back to the floor.

[[ ... Plan? ... I don't think I caught the hint... xP But whatever, I'll be patient and not ask about it this time. C: ]]

[[You don't fail at writing! Okay, I don't know about writing but role playing you don't. Is your book one that constantly changes POVs?
Bright grey, you say. I don't think I have a pair of those. x____x;; Looks like I'm going contact shopping soon.]]

Kurai almost gasped. Suddenly, as Sasori created physical contact, she became very self-conscious. She had yet to take a shower for the day and probably had the hospital sort of smell clinging to her clothes. Kurai laughed, both with relief and embarrassment. She held a lock of her long, blue hair and smelt it. Whatever it smelt like wasn't the most appealing smells around. Whether Sasori was bugged by what she smelled like or not, it could wait. "I... I.." Kurai took in an extra big gulp of air. "I was just.." What was she being earlier? Inconsiderate, arrogant, selfish? The latter of the group seemed to fit in perfectly. "..selfish." If Kurai hadn't been in the Akatsuki she might've considered using the word scared of being hurt again. Wasn't that really what the Akatsuki was made out of? People who were scared, frightened, terrified of being hurt even more so?

[[Contacts are cool, like those sharingan contacts cosplayers wear : D]]

Awai was a little embarrassed coming to meet the guy, but she was relieved that Akane already introduced her. She bowed one of those respectful bows, "It's nice to meet you, hope we can get along." She said as she smiled.

[[ Nahh. I don't like POV-changing in books, or what are supposed to be books. That's why I prefer 3rd person omniscient. C: That's like God's point of view; everyone's in 3rd person and what the characters are thinkin' are clearly stated in writing. Almost. .... I like it. <3 ]]

[[ Smells don't matter. >O ]]
Sasori chuckled and shook his head. "I found myself to be selfish. I expected you to be... I'm not sure. Well, no offence, but I just didn't expect you to be upset with me, but now that I think about it, it made sense." He nodded slightly, still looking towards the ground.
It really did make sense. At least it did to Sasori. He felt like he was the one who was selfish, or at least just arrogant. But, he'd always been the bit of a cocky person, so it wasn't really out of place. ... Which that just makes it worse; him thinking that being arrogant was just something he did and couldn't be helped.

[[NYAH. ... I forgot about Dai-kun. I'm so sorry, you guys. Dx Got caught up with Saso and Kurai-chan. ; n ; Forgive me.]]
Daisuke blushed slightly at both of the girls, bowing a bit himself and smiling at Awai.
"It's a pleasure to meet you both, and I wish for the same thing." His smile widened slowly. "I take it you pulled my name from the bag, Awai-san?" Honorifics were something Daisuke stood by firmly, seeing as that was just the respecful way he was taught. He would call her by her last name, but he decided that since they were on the same team, and now partners, that it'd be too formal.

[[It's harder to follow when they constantly change POVs. x_____x;;]]

[[Girls are always self-conscious about something when they're with the certain someone. I thought I'd give her a more feminine touch]]
Kurai was about to go on a rant of why he should've expected it. Save for the fact it could lead to another argument and make Kurai a lot more upset than needed be at the moment. She found Sasori's words to be sooting, sort of. He sounded smart. Kurai smiled at her stupid little thoughts. She froze for a minute, "How old are you? Like sure, you look...." Kurai's voice dropped, refusing to continue.

Akane nodded towards Daisuke and her gaze flickered towards Kai. He looked... different. Just by standing there alone, he looked all thoughtful and mature. From the Kai Akane knew, it was impossible to think he'd be mature. "Are you drawing...?" Her question was drawn out, not even knowing if Kai would be able to hear her or if he was stuck in his head thinking about Akatsuki's dramas.

[[ I knu. That's why I don't. Though, it'll subtly focus on one character a bit more than another throughout my story, but not to where it makes no sense.
... I dislike the answer it has for Saso-kun's age in this freaky kind of wiki. ... I'm not saying he's that old, so he's just gunna have to have an 8 year difference from what they had. >O ]]

Sasori didn't like that question. It was random, and he felt it'd change things. He wasn't quite sure what it'd change, or why she chose now to ask, but either way, he didn't like it... He had ignored the rest of her words, anyways. He was positive he didn't know exactly what that meant or what it would lead to, either.
He finally looked at her again, his expression barely curious; he still held his barrier pretty securely. He blinked once, and then twice.
"... 27." His gaze narrowed significantly before he looked away again. He wouldn't question why she asked. She had to have her own reason, and he didn't need to know it.

Kai looked up quickly at the question, knowing it was directed towards him. It took him a minute to register it. "... Drawing?" Now he was confused. "... What would I be drawing?" He smiled unsurely as he climbed up onto the bed, snuggling into the mattress.

Awai always shows respect when meeting someone new, even though she doesn't remember her past much, she does have a tendency using honorifics, but not as serious. "Yep, I'm glad to meet nice person like you" she said. Looking at Kai and Akane, "So who's next?" as she held out the bag.

[[How old did it say..?]]

"Oh." Kurai looked over at Sasori. "No wonder you sound so smart." She shook her head, almost trying to loose the image of a bookworm Sasori. It didn't suit him, anyways. Now she'd continue her previous sentence. "I was about to say... 'Like sure, you look freakin'-" Kurai blushed. "hot but looks can be deceiving right?" She looked away, barely believing she had said it to his face.

Akane turned her head towards Awai. "That's what I'm trying to ask him. He doesn't seem to understand though. "Drawing from the bag. the bag." Akane pointed at the small little pouch Awai was holding out. "You know, the one over there. Names, partners... Anything ring a bell in that head of yours?" Akane's attention went back to Awai, shaking her head at Kai. Mouthing the words 'Some guy' to Awai.

[[ 35. HELL no. Not saying that, AND I disagree.
...LolBookworm ]]

Sasori's eyes widened a hint before a smirk spread across his face. He chuckled to himself. "Is that so?" He drew the words out for longer than necessary. He turned to look at her again. "I think you just called old people ugly, or that you thought I was old." He grinned again. "Not everyone here utterly is stupid." He looked away again at this comment.
Kai groaned into the bed. "Shu'ddap. My mind's not here..." A light frown rested upon his features as he sat up. "... Gimme the baaaag." He whined, tilting his head back to look up at the ceiling.
[[... Who shall I pick? ... I dread this part. Dx I feel like if I pick my characters, you guy's'll be offended, but there's not a whole lotta people to choose from. xD ... I want Akane. >______>;; Screw courtesy... I love Akane.]]

[[Omg EPIC pic of Sasori xD]]

"Okay, catch sleepy-head." Awai threw the bag up towards the ceiling above Kai.

[[35?! Woaaaah
Ahaha! Perfect timing 8D
Glad you love Akane. ^ ^]]

"Uh huhh." Kurai nodded, in agreement. She wouldn't bother telling him which of two she had thought of first. People here in the Akatsuki weren't stupid. Thus, the main reason they were here besides they were really strong. They were, let's just stick with, subconsciously smart. Some part of them knew coming to the Akatsuki was right. At least, Kurai thought it was right and knew it. She agreed to it, she knew why she came, she knew why she was there. "Then again.. you said 'not everyone.' Some of us are just..." Kurai went cross eyed and stuck her tongue out.

"Awai-chan!" Akane called out, her eyes following the bag. "It's probably going to land in his face." Then she grinned wildly, her eyes looking towards Awai and Daisuke. Her voice quieted. She was standing closer to Kai than those two so it didn't matter if she was quiet or not. He'd hear it anyways. "That's something I wanna see."

[[ I know. I still highly disagree. >O
8D
I'm glad too. Dunno why, she's just kinda cute. > w< ... -shot- ... -probably by Akane- ]]

Sasori smiled again, this time not as forced. "Exactly." He nodded to himself, and to her, he guessed. He looked down again. "Any specific reason you came out here? Other than for us to talk about our stupid organization and ugly old people?"
Kai, luckily, saw the bag and easily caught it. His expression became pouty.
"It's a bag full'a paper, like it'a hurt anyways." He looked down to the bag wearily. That bag, at the moment, held his destiny, as gay as that sounded. He looked up to Akane again. "... Ladies first?" ... Did that sound sexual? ... After he said it, he thought it did. Really, though, he was just saying, 'Go the hell first, lady,' but he didn't think it worked as planned...

[[Well, he looks like a rockin' 20 year old so all is well~<3
I luuuurves Kai! Those two get along well. xDD Haha. They're SO going in a group together]]

Kurai thought about what Sasori asked for a moment. She hadn't really come by to say much else except to apologize and have a special little moment. She smiled, no evil intention behind it at all. [believe me.. I'd know. xD] Kurai raised an eyebrow and looked at Sasori, seriously, "I hadn't thought of much else. Unless.. there's something you want to do?"

"You sure you don't want the honors of drawing first?" Akane didn't bother with a reply, she wanted to pull from it. She grabbed the bag out of Kai's hand and stuffed her small hand in. Ruffling around here and there, Akane figured they all felt the same and wasn't specifically tied to anyone besides Katashi. Finally, she grabbed hold of one of the thin sheets and held it towards Kai, her hand still in the bag. Akane nodded, telling him to pull and read.

[[ Toucheeeee~ ... "D
8DDD I'm still so uber happy that my characters are loved. All except Zetsu-san. :C I like Zetsu-saaaan.
... Does Kai read off his own name or Akane's? ... What's he readin'? ... I should make him illiterate. ]]

Sasori paused. He didn't have much of anything to say. That was actually important. He 'tsked' yet again and slowly stood up.
"I suppose not." He scratched the back of his neck innocently as he offered a hand in case Kurai wanted to stand up as well. Sasori didn't know why he was standing up; he had no where to go at the moment.
Sasori could bring up a few things, but he'd decided against it. He figured, with it being so soon, it'd bring up another argument that he hadn't intended on his words bringing. So, for now, he realized all would be best left alone.

Kai stared at the piece of paper for a moment or two, finally reaching his hand out to take it. He looked away from the paper and up at Akane as he arched an eyebrow; a rather smug eyebrow, it was.
He started drumming his hand against the frame of the bed, trying to work out a drum roll. Quite the makeshift drumroll, but it worked. He laughed quietly. "Suspenseful, no? I think sooo~"
