The armpit punch is one to look out for - it actually would paralyze the arm. Punching in the armpit is kinda infamous for some reason - I've heard it can be lethal, I've heard it can make you throw up, and I've heard it will make you poop.

You do not have to worry I am always holding myself back and sometimes making my characters underpowered. I also have to get a Npc done later tonight.
