or really? that sounds like fun. lol toys r us threw me in electronics...where i'll be working on friday too. >.> i really don't think they like me.

lol okay, i won't ask.
well first of all...in a toy store...electronics is complicated because you have old people walking in asking stupid questions about games they THINK their kids like. which i can't answer. people try to use coupons thatr say on them *excludes video games. and those plastic cases make a small space smaller after awhile.
well that and I don't have a timecard (so the 15 minutes extra I worked probably won't count) and they didn't have me in the system almost all day.

But I'd say they need people for every section and probably thought a guy would be more at ease in the electronics.

lol it's not hard, I know a lot about games >.> i just don't like old people. or people who can't read....
Everything else was awesome. All the workers are nice, most of the customers were nice, I was able to help people, and only needed a half hour of training. The HR manager actually had the weekend off, so she wasn't suppose to be in yesterday giving orientations...but i don't know why they had me go in today if i didn't have a time card. all well ^.^ i only work like 3 times a week, i'm not gonna b***h too much.

Well, sometimes work goes on. They probably just wanted to get you trained on a day that wouldn't be hectic or hell. It's killer for the store to be insane on your first day. >_>; Nothing makes a person quit faster than something like that.

XDD I'd laugh if my first day was friday. I'd be sooooo dead then. It's RIGHT next to the mall, so it will literally be hell. They are actually bringing in food for us workers because we can't leave the store. >.> one person did last year and it took her 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot, and an hour to get back in.
i was actually surprised that it wasn't very busy. it's the weekend before black friday after all. I mean we had lines....but not big ones.

O_O I... I'm afraid. XD Those are the horror stories I'm glad to miss. I work with groceries. Not the most exciting of things after Thanksgiving....
Yeah, most people will be doing their shopping later on. =D Bonus. Something to look forward to.

yeah pretty much. you luck out there, but i'm sure it was bust before, while people shopped for thanksgiving meals.

Well, I'll be moved from cake detail to packaging rolls and such. u.u;
Oh well. I'm used to it. It gets like this before Thanksgiving and Christmas. u.u;
Ugh. It was super busy this weekend. Yeah.
