Exxos
A punch in the face from my father or a psychotic episode from my mother on how I have nothing to be happy for. In my case, internalized smiles are probably safer in general.

Where do you live boy.

Hehe, "Boy?" If memory serves, I think I have about a 6 year lead on you.

Nevada, USA.

And do you still live at home?
I mean I am confused as to why you are always
so sad, and have negative look on llife...

So that would make you almost 30? lol

DX My grandma went missing for a while.

Last seen yesterday at 2:00 PM, then she COMPLETELY disappeared until after six this morning. Not home, not out with any friends, not answering her cell- people were calling us at 11:45 to try to track her down.

When she finally turned up she said she was with a friend that we'd checked with the night before. She won't tell us what was actually going on x<

@Nevada: I'd die there in the summer D: My sister used to live in Vegas.

And do you still live at home?

Yes, if you can call it that.

Afraid so. Not sure why that is funny though... I am offended.

*huggles teh Exxos and Daypaw*

First of all no-one is allowed to feel bad about their age here in the AGA... Though I can kind of understand your feeling offended.. I'm sure Daniel Smith meant nothing by his "lol"... besides.. us "29yr. old's - almost 30'ers" gotta stick together... I'm suddenly realizing why so many women stop having birthdays at 29....

Daypaw... Is your grandmother okay? Does she have Alzheimers? Or some form of dementia? Or do you think she was just out having fun and causing trouble and didn't want to get caught? lol. Either way I'm glad she's home safe and sound now.. even if it ends up being an unsolved mystery for a while...

@ Erin's comment: I like that idea of a clandestine, elderly, valentine's romp of chaos.

As for my age, I took it with a hint of the "You're almost 30 and live with your parents, haha, loser," jab; something I have been getting more and more as of late. I swear, as soon as you hit the six months leading up to 30, everyone between 17 and 25 starts feeling the need to be a p***k. I am finally seeing why so many men go to jail for assault in this narrow band of their lives; we're snapping and giving the cocky bagger at the supermarket a beat down for a snide comment... sweatdrop But yeah, at least having accomplished nothing in life has its positives, namely you trade a major midlife crisis for a depression phase every year for three days – and that can be fixed with sleeping and a few pina coladas, which are much cheaper than a girlfriend half your age and a sports car. biggrin

@Erin: No, no dementia or anything like that- and she isn't the troublemaker sort. Near as we can tell she was just out with a friend and trying to avoid the people calling around for her

I can be amazing at times. Datamancy is one of my strong points when I put the effort in and do not pass out.

Dons anti-herring helmet.
*Pause*
Why isn't it working?
*Takes it off and looks inside.*
ZEMBLEDACK! You took the batteries out of my anti-herring helmet again?!
*Red panda noises*
Yes, I know you had a lady red panda over...
*Angry red panda noises*
Yes, I know those "toys" need batteries...
*More red panda noises*
The point is that I give you an allowance for these things! You're supposed to get your own batteries!
*Abusive red panda noises.*
*Puts his very much non-whirly helmet on and sulks.*
Damn red panda... Slotbungwalla and Qeldeshquae never give me this much flack!
*Red panda noises*
Just because they're idiots, does not mean they deserve to be called that!

On a completely different note, if I buy an EI from the marketplace, in order to have access to everything all at once, do I have to buy the first gen item? I want to buy Gimpi, but I don't want to have to go through the usual evolution cycle.

I believe all 8 gens of gimpi have completed evolving. The price variance is now just status.

Thanks!

EDIT: You were right, I bought an 8th gen as it was cheapest, and I got all the evolutions
