Suiken is completely oblivious to the new person.

I told you. Your pokemon are all funny, but you. I tried to tell you, but you never listened. AHAHAHAHA.
He then remembers last time and stops laughing. He then gets up wondering around whistling.

Rouge: Tiki-Umi and I got boed 'cause candice wouldn't let us play with her Ugly Tree Pokemon.
