"..." Ame didn't say anything, she just scanned the room as though looking for something. Finally she spoke, "Thanks, I can just take them..." She took the pain killers and broke one in half, then in half again, then popped the tiny piece into her mouth. She waited, and her eyes cleared some of the pain-haze. She seemed to relax, if only slightly, then slumped against the couch, sleeping again. Oops, man those things really affect her....

Nena smiled at the sleeping Ame, she went over near her son but instead of sitting on the couch she slumped down to the floor. Her black skirt wrinked a bit, her black top needed to be pulled down a bit. The chupacabra hugged her knees.

Kyra had blacked out just after Nena had said that Vae had died. She awoke on the couch and sat up. "Damn it. I hate this" she muttered crossly to herself. Her eyes softened when she looked at Nena. "It's all right Nena" she said comfotingly to her. She didn't have much power left in her, but she could still sense the presense of Vae's spirit outside. She loked over to the window and caught sight of Vae. He looked blurry and very faded, but that was probably due to the fact that she was very weak at the moment.

Nena smiled at Kyra, the chupacabra stopped hugging her knees and moved her legs forward. Issac's white, curly little afro tickle the back of Nena's neck. The infant moved his fist into the air and then back down, soon he will awaken from his nap. She looked at the window and caught a glimsp of ghost Vae, her heart trembled but she tried to stay strong for his and Issac's sake.

Kyra stood and walked over to the door. She was staggering some but luckily didn't fall over. She opened the door and walked outside, pulling it closed beind her. She walked over to the nearest tree and leaned against it. Her breathing came in short gasps and she was nearly covered with blood. Some of her wounds had reopened and was dizzy but she wouldn't let herself give up now and continued on.

Nena looked up and wonder if she should follow Kyra to make sure everything was alright. Her head was in a differen't world. A world full of swirls that flow like air, the sky changed into pink, purple, bulies, zumes and sugzz, people who did not speak the common language. Instead they spoke with dancing and beats. Her mind. She slouched down and relax?

Kyra looked around when she heard a twig snap behind her. Nothing. "Something's not right here" she said to herself and continued on. She staggered a few times but for the most part she was walking fine now.

Nena's ear's perked up a bit. She was lost in her subconscious for the moment, she was lost in all the hues of blues and pinks. Tangled by the swirls. Her body went on autopilot. The chupacabra went near the window to make sure that Kyra was okay.

Kyra looked back, waved at Nena and kept going. She had to get out of this place.somthing about it was strange, she didn't know what though. She just knew that she had to get out of here for the time being.

Nena waved back with a smile as she watch Kyra walk away from the tavern. The swirls, colors and beats were going away, she was returning to reality. All alone. All emotional. The chupacabra sucked in her breath, dust and crisp air filled her lungs. Her body crawled over to Issac before going limp, bluntful thoughts filled her head as she close her dried eyelids.
