For a completely off-topic note, who has tried out/possesses LOTR: The Battle for Middle-earth?
In my opinion, it's the most realistic and fun RTS I've ever played. Excellent graphics, emotions system, high diversity of troops to command, exquisite and simple gameplay, different options within the story...maps of places NOT in the films (*glomps Mirkwood*)...
And it has Gondorian Forces. I just friggin' love Gondor. Yay for Tower Guards! *glomps Tower Guard miniature of his collection*

I haven't had the pleasure to play that yet, unfortunately. But it is definitely on my to do list!

Woah, it's Menegil! heart
Unfortunately, I haven't played it either. I don't know if the ol' computron will handle it.
Good to hear that it's fun and non-sucky, anyway, if I do manage to get it. 3nodding

On the topic of BFME, I love it! it's the reason i've been so inactive recently... It's bloody brilliant! It has the same gameplay as AoEII with a middle-earth theme. whee
My only complaint is the limit of troops you can have. On Cossacks you can have 10,000's of troops fighting at one time, but with this you're limited to 150-300. neutral
*Goes off to finish skirmish* "Come rangers, let us scout for Gondor!" xd

I am a big fan of RTS titles, and I don't like when you are limited to a couple of hundred units. Its not as much fun as it would be with an army of about 20,000 troups.

Nah, all the BfME'rs will get bored and come back eventually. Probably. Hopefully.

A whole lotta suck. Mid to low 70s. I doubt the ones I haven't seen yet are high enough to bring my average past the 80 mark. sad

Well, I wouldn't care so much if I didn't have tuition-paying scholarships riding on an 80+ average.
Oh well. Much as I'd like to blame society or the government or Hitler or something, it's really just my fault.
