Well, I had damaged it earlier this year so I have a cartilage tear and something in that area is also deteriorating from my past athletic and musical hobbies. But it hasn't gone numb on me like this exactly before. It's not even the usual arm-is-now-useless type. It's a pinching type that is centered right around the area. I think I might've tore it more.

Did you not go and see a doctor about it when it happened? I did. Back then they said the tear wasn't serious enough for surgery and it would have to heal on its own. Because it's in a place with relatively little blood flow, it will also take at least three months, if not six. I'm not sure if it will heal entirely at this point.

If you feel it getting worse rather than better, then I'd suggest going back.

I can't go see a doctor about this unless your government will allow me to go to their hospital without having to pay.

Tasn Zheng I can't go see a doctor about this unless your government will allow me to go to their hospital without having to pay. Under the current Regulations, anyone who comes to the UK to pursue a full-time course of study of not less than six months’ duration, or a course of study that is of any duration but is substantially funded by the UK Government, will be fully entitled to free NHS hospital treatment in England. I'm guessing you're not funded. You should have signed up before you came here D:

She's back and I can't deny that I'm happy. I tried to be mad at her but I can't. *sighs*

I keep score for a joke competition between two friends. One of them happens to be the guy I can't seem to force myself to stop falling for. One time we were all hanging out, and the other told him, "I'll be single until I'm twenty," and he told her she wouldn't. Sure enough, a couple of months later, she's not single and not twenty. He got a point for it. When he reminded me to update the score, he commented that I, on the other hand, would probably be single until the day I die. I laughed. I don't think he realizes how much that hurt.
I'm sick of going to things like unit formals alone. We have one coming in a month and a half, and I can bet that's exactly what's going to happen. Again.

Tasn Zheng My shoulder is going numb. I'm a bit scared now. Hey, at least yours (hopefully) doesn't have nerve damage like mine. gonk I'll be lucky if those nerves ever reroute... Tabi: You don't need to be single, if you just ask... redface
But in all seriousness, I'm sure you'll meet someone eventually. D: An insightful, intelligent, enjoyable person such as yourself shouldn't have too much trouble finding the right person.
