Hey guys.. So here's the update.. 3 days and counting.. no working compputer.. *rips her hair out* Noch just said he may have it loading a new boot sector.. and I'm only half pretending I understand that.. We got all my music and pictures off of it friday night.. pushed lots of buttons yesterday.. saw lots of blue screen.. tried adding new partitions to reboot from.. ran virus scans.. they all came back clean.. finally today they decided to wipe the whole hard drive and start from scratch.. so we wiped it.. then re-formatted a C: drive.. but can't get xp loaded on it.. (technically my comp will run 7 but I can't afford it).. so short of it is unless miracles happen in 15 minutes, Adam will be taking my comp home with him tonight to see if he can make any progress and I'll still be w/no computer.. thank god for Noch's laptop.. I'd be insane already w/o it.. but I can't use this thing for long (it's an uncomfortable set-up)

As for the mac and pc argument.. Wouldn't know where to begin.. I use a pc cause that's what Noch bought me lol and what Adam's always owned.. I think I could manage to work on either.. but really wouldn't know w/o trying.

Lilygwen the backyard covered in snow looks wonderful to me!!

Lamb love the re-done version of it's a hardknock life.. though in honesty I prefer the original cause I'm a fan of the musical lol

How was everyone elses weekend?

Okay, I think I have given presents to everyone on my friend's list that has:
A) been on in the last week so as to be available to get a gift.
B) Had a wishlist
C) Had something I could afford off said wishlist.

So that leaves Kujujuwa, Lilygwen, Noch, and Sablestar that article C did not meet and I have no idea what to get for.

And I need to know what is going on with the secret santa, I have to know who I am doing, hard in the stocking, oh yeah, you like that baby? That sudden fullness of present rammed up in there? Oh yeah, I bring the good present. I'll shut up now. biggrin

We never got the snow the weatherman predicted so at least my avy can enjoy the white fluffy stuff.

Morning guys! I took today a sunrise picture from my backyard. Frosty morning

I just took it so the clock in here is 11am. At around 2pm the sun is on the horizon again and at 3:30pm it's already dark again so no wonder we call the Christmas time the darkest time of the winter. It's nice and crisp weather here today. It's about -18C which is according to my unit converter about -0,4F. I have to be quick with the pictures because the camera doesn't like these kind of temperatures. xd I'm glad I could be at home so I was able to take these pictures. My labor union & bank industry I work in is on strike so I'm at home from monday to wednesday.

@Exxos: It's enough presents to me to have this awesome guild where I can hangout. *huggles everyone* whee

Talking about Christmast... I haven't thought about it at all so far. I've been so busy with the renovating and stuff. I have to apologize to everyone in the guild that I don't have enough gold to get you pretty presents.

In the real world I've already got a present for my sister and I think I'll just make some cupcakes or something for my parents or so on.

What about you guys? Have you already got all the presents or are you planning on buying any? I haven't bought anything for my parents in the last few years because they don't need any more clutter so I tend to bake something for them. whee

I just hope it stays at this temperature. Worst would be that it gets warm again and our christmas is snowless like the previous years.

*huggles* No need to get presents for those who don't deserve it. Also I'm against getting presents just to get presents. If I buy some one something, I want it to be something they really need and want. I think we all have enough ornaments so I try to by presents with meaning. 3nodding

I wanted to whack it something fierce by the third day.. but didn't.. stressed

But it's all better now.. Adam took it home the other night and brought it back to me yesterday evening. I would have posted sooner but I had to spend 10 hours moving all of my saved dated (pics and music) back onto my hard drive and wasn't able to do anything else while that was going on due to a lack of usb ports ( my keyboard got unplugged to plug in the portable hard drive lol kinda hard to post w/o it lol )

As for exxos' question earlier about the Secret Santa thing. Does anyone read the calender or aga reports? Or are we not explaining it well enough? Pat will be sending everyone who signed up a pm sometime today (probably later this evening) with the name of their giftee. You'll then have until the 24th of this month to send them their gift (priced between 1000-5000g) anonymously of course.

On the topic of the AGA Report though.. January's report will not be done and posted until the Guild's birthday on the 15th of Jan. Due to my computer issues and the fact that I'll be leaving a week from today I just don't have the time to get it all done. And since the main focus of this report will be the birthday of the guild it seems to be appropriate to post it then. Hope you all don't mind.

As I will be on less and less for the next week, Let me just say now that I hope you all have a beautiful holiday! I will most likely be completely offline from the 22nd - 29th. I'm going to try and pop on to give Kiara a hand but I really have no idea if it will be feasible atm. So have a happy holiday gang.. and I'll tell you guys all about my trip when I get back (hopefully with some pics lol) *hugs to all the AGA'ers)
