You must be torn... A shell for the Ninja-turtleness and the panda for the cuddlyness...
I'd pick the panda personally, but you might find that your need to be a ninja turtle dimishies your want for the cuddly.

The letter business has too much volumn. The inflation is caused by the increase in letter merchants trying to get in on the letter profits.
The only thing to do is devalue the market and undercut each other's prices, but someone with a large resource base would have to do it, at a loss in profit, which will never happen....
Err... people are greedy.
