Just watched all 4 Bleach movies pretty much back to back, and after having watched over 300 episodes of the anime and reading every single chapter of the manga currently in English....all I can say is this about the Kido Corps:
Every time they show up, it's to unseal some insanely huge and powerful weapon, put up 100% indestructible and impregnable barriers around things that would affect the entire world, or other such ludicrously OP Kido-related tasks. And every time I get this feeling like, Jesus H. Christ, if these guys have arguably more power than the combined Gotei 13. If just a handful ever became the bad guys, the bad guys would actually win for once.
Releasing and resealing the execution device and the Kido cannon, putting a wall around the Hell Gate to stop the miasma, not to mention what amounts to controlling whether or not the Senkaimon even opens, just to name the things we actually see them do. *shudders* Spooky. Yes, I may or may not be mildly obsessed with them. xD
Just makes you wonder about a lot of what each part of Seireitei is truly capable of.

Mattrnot Mattrnot At first Krin wanted to use his Thunder Orb technique in order to create a blast radius even his speedy opponent would have trouble running away from. However this fight was not one on one, Nanashi stood directly in front of the powerful invader and would be just as susceptible to his attack. Still a counter offensive needed to be launched so Krin decided to stick to his strengths, Hakuda. Vanishing in a Shunpo behind Domon the Lieutenant let his Reiatsu pour out in order to gather energy into his left palm as he began to thrust his hand towards the intruders back aiming for the middle of his spine. Hey I never fired off the Thunder Orb in the streets. Just a palm strike to the back. Roger that, I thought the placement of his palm was where he was about to fire off the spell, not an actual strike. I will edit.

The method for infection by Noire is a corrosion of the Chain of Fate. Forcing hollowification. However, instead of the being simply becoming a hollow, they enter a state similar to jinzen and face their hollow to create dominance of the hollow.
It is even possible for Noire to appear inside their inner world to assist them in overcoming the hollow.
I don't think an opposing force to balance the souls inside is necessary. I'd rather just not involve soul suicide. altogether.

And yes, we will be releasing the Sokyoku for all of you Captains to play with.
Yes, the 6th Division will be getting attacked in the future. Yes, Noire intends on firing the Kido Cannon to open a rip space to the Soul Palace.
And that's only the beginning. Wait until Noire replicates the Kido Cannon in the World of the Living after mapping schematics for it.
This guild is going to have so much fun.

Quincy are really the only race that can't hollowify, so it seems.I would see how just not involving it makes sense, considering Urahara is the one who figured out how to stop soul suicide and since he doesn't exist in this anyone who would get hollowfied would die XP. It makes sense not to include it
