Phantom Pimpernel Azarni Usagi Phantom Pimpernel What's worse is that, if you saw the movie/paid really close attention to it, Gustave Daae was the name of Christine's father. I guess she can name her son after whoever she wants, but as mentioned previously, Gustave is a less than desirable name.
But besides that-I'm actually more appalled that Erik is (a. Running a FREAK SHOW and (b. Is an active Robosexual.
Running a freak show?
What, is that supposed to be some sort of 'revenge' for his childhood?
Erik wouldn't do that. He's a bit psychotic, but it seems like he'd rather go on a rampage against them than run one.
Seriously. I doubt he'd ever go near one, much less RUN one.

Im srsly horrified for this.I hope to god it doesn't happen.
This idea is so bad its starting t make me tear up.I think might cry. eek surprised

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little...
That's the bloody summary?
What.
The.
Hell.
First of all, its a contradiction to his original play. The whole depth and meaning of it was made at the end, when he (Erik) let them go out of his love for Christine. That his love was greater than his selfishness, even if it meant he'd be all alone, was heartbreaking! Now he's running a freak show (why?), doing the same nonsense again (out of ideas, Webber?), and the plot seems to have been taken from a bad fanfiction born from the love child of a drunken night and a idiot.
What.
The.
Hell.
And the robo-sex thing is not needed (I can only imagine the musical number for that scene... *shudders*) and the emotional value doesn't exist.

He certainly didn't listen when fans were practically begging/demanding that he cast certain people in roles for the movie. ALW is just going to do what he wants to do, and right now he wants to squeeze every red cent he can out of the Phantom name. After all, it's his biggest hit and the current longest running musical on Broadway.

I do love many of Andrew's musicals especially Phantom. I've seen probably every musical he has ever made either on stage or through videos.

I wouldn't see it at all. That's supporting it, which makes it last longer, and give Webber a bigger ego--which is dangerous enough as is. We wouldn't want it to engulf the world, or else we'd all be a part of his uncreative mind-crap!
And I read in the paper the other day he was going to have it in China too. Ew. I can't believe its still going on, the bugger just won't surrender will he? *sigh*

Wow, could anyone think up a more horrible, fanfictiony plot? (Seriously, anyone hear of a good idiotic one for giggles?) And, as most people have already said-
1) Stupidest. Title. Ever.
2) Robo-philia- EW, NO!
3) Erik running a freak show?! He hates what happened to him! He'd either avoid or murder the owners of any shows he came across, not start one himself!! burning_eyes

Okay, so I just got an e-mail from The Really Useful Group (Phantom official website or something like that)
And the subject line said, "A Note From The Phantom". Naturally, I click it, and then it's some kind of letter and really cool looking...
But then I click it and I'm absolutly horrified.
I think I might cry again for the Phantom of the Opera,and I think Gaston might be rolling over in his grave...
This new sequal in it's whole,is a disaster beyond my imagination.
