Kuro sighed and stayed with Shadow. "Talk? About what exactly...?" He did what to know but his tone of voice said so otherwise. "If I don't go to explain myself, she'll hate me."

"Didnt say you couldnt just to give her a little space go ahead shes probrably more willing to listen now you gotta fight that demon thats what I have done and to be as old as you are and not have control is honestly ashame." He tilted his head in stormies general direction. "Go ahead."

Kurogane sneered at Shadow's comment. "For your information, I have complete control!" Kuro then sighed, "After being alone for so long, having something so unexpected like friends so suddenly can have drastic affects on one's emotions..." He stood and looked in the direction that Stormy and Tamashī ran off to. He decided to get her some more space for now. He wouldn't have a hard time tracking her. Her scent was embedded into his nose since he first laid eyes on her.

After three days of being on her own Stormy was getting lonely so she decided to work more on her den. She kept the dens narrow entrance the same but made the end of it bigger so that she could stretch out and be more comfortable. After she was done she decided to drink some water she stared at her reflection and said "I miss being in the company of Kurogane." Stormy shook her head violently and said "I mean being in the company of Kurogane and the other wolves, besides if he really cared for me he wouldn't have waited so long to come after me." Suddenly loud crashing through the bushes caught her attention and out popped a huge grizzly bear came roaring toward her. She looked around wildly and thought "there is no way I can reach my den the bear is in the way, and I can cant take on o full grown male grizzly bear by myself." Her thought was interrupted when the grizzly began charging at her she cringed and waited for the blow.

Shadows ears perked up as he heard the roar of the grizzly "Cmon you sad sack try and keep up." He took off and saw the grizzly charging stormy and jumped on his back sinking his teeth into the bear and hanging on so the bear would stop to try and pry him off. In a muffled voice he made a greeting "Hey Shtormy how are ooo?"

Kurogane heard the roar of the grizzly as well and didn't hesitate to merge with his shadow and head towards the sound. Shadow jumped on the massive bear. The bear was probably as heavy as he was! 'Bears can get this big?' Kurogane pushed the thought aside quickly and picked up Stormy by the scruffy on her neck and pulled her away from the bear. He sat her down safely then asked, "Are you are right lo- Stormy?" He licked her head apologetically. He looked down then to the grizzly bear. "Shadow! Release your grip!" Kurogane aimed for its chest and tackled the beast.

"Hmm Ith You shay sho." Shadow released his grip and tumbled backwards and shook his head like it was a rush of adrenaline which it was. "Man what a rush I gotta do that again later."

Kurogane was going to kill the bear but remembered that Stormy hated violence so he roared loudly at the bear to scare it away. He turned his back after not knowing if the beast had left. "Stormy," He paused to look at Shadow as if for approval or something. "Can we talk?"

Shadow gave a small smile and nod as if to say do it and he got up and was headed to the river. "I'll leave you two kids alone howl if you need me." He dissapeared into the brush and was gone leaving the two to talk.

'I'll teach him some manners later...' Kurogane made a mental note. He walked over to Stormy and waited for her to acknowledge him.

Stormy's eye twitched as she sat there covered in bear spit and now wolf spit, and thought "I probably smell and look awful ." She gave a slight shutter and forced herself to focus and said "Before you say anything I did not provoke the bear and I don't go looking for trouble, trouble finds me." She smiled at the last of her comment hoping to ease the tension between them. Then said "Sure I will listen."

Shadow faltered by the water. "That took more out of me then I thought hehe I should juuu..." He trailed his sentence as his eyes closed and he fell over and lay there

"Listen," Kurogane to a long pause to phrase his words. "Whatever I did... I did not mean... Did I hurt you? In any way? I got so worked up." He turned his head away from hurt out of shame. "The truth is that I'm... I've been alone for some time now. So all these other presences made me panic. I hope you can find it to forgive me." Kuro laid flat on his stomach looking up at her with hopefulness in his crystal blue eyes.

Stormy looked at Kurogane for awhile trying to gather her thoughts "No you didn't hurt me you just startled me is all, but if we are going to hang out you have got to tell me when your demon side gets uncomfortable or grouchy around me or other wolves it wont hurt my feelings and it will prevent chaos and yes I forgive you." Suddenly Stormy chuckled and said "Although is was a little worth it from the look on Tamashī and Shadow's face you scared the s**t out of them I don't think the will bother you anymore. "By the time Stormy had finished her sentence Stormy was laughing so hard her sides began to hurt.

Shadow had staggered back to them and saw them and said "Scared no, worried yes." He laid down and breathed hard. "The bear wore me out more than I thought."
