Today is the Deadline. I only have a few articles. If you have sent your articles to Lyra, don't worry about this message. If you haven't, please send your article to me so that I can edit it and begin to put the paper together. (Also, so Lyra doesn't have to Inbox overflowing.) Thank You!

Okay, we need to decide if we want to do as Icee, suggested... IceeWitch Hey guys keep in mind you don't have to use the same stuff (article ideas) over and over each month. For instance, just because Horoscopes was used last month, doesn't mean it has to be used this month. Perhaps get a rotating schedule together for the article ideas so that each Monthly issue is fresher than the one before. The only things that should really be in the issue every month are listed in the Guidelines post (which I believe include, Member of the Month, Birthdays, and "Around Hogwarts").
So, should we switch some articles around so that they are only shown every other month?
I do know that I can not keep writing "Wizarding World Past Events!", "The Latest in Divination", "Trouble in the Kitchen", "Around Hogwarts", "Note from the Editor". Now, I know that I can do "Around Hogwarts" and "Note from the Editor" every month. I can't keep doing the recipe, horoscopes, and past events, every month. It's just to much for one person. Plus, Lyra and I have to edit all the pieces that go into the paper and I have to post it in the HM thread on the first of every month.
So, is anyone interested in writing the horoscopes, recipe, or past events? I have links to all the sources I used to get the information when I wrote them, which I will be more than happy go give to someone else to use.
(Also, you should all know that IRL, I am disabled and have a lot of things going on in my life too but, I'm able to get done what I have promised to do. So please, don't ask to write something unless you know you can write it. It's not hard, it only takes a few minutes.)

 You might belong in Gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart... hmmmmm.......I can take over the recipe section for you. I just don't remember what's been used already.... sweatdrop ...Their Daring, Nerve, and Chivalry set gryffindor apart.

That's perfect! Thanks Kaylin! The link I have been using is Harry Potter Recipes. If you run out of recipes on that site all you have to do is type in HP Recipes in Google or another search engine and a lot of things will pop up.

Thanks Stardust Muse (Sorry, I don't know your r-p name yet)! Here is the link I've been using for "The Latest in Divination", right Here! I use that site for the actual horoscopes and this site for the images of the Zodiac Symbols. When your on the Horoscope site there is a tab towards the top of the page that says "free monthly horoscopes". If you put your mouse on that tab you will see each of the 12 Zodiac's. For example, it will say, "Aquarius monthly horoscope". You click on that and the first post you see will be about the coming month. So, when you do it, if should say "June's Aquarius Horoscope for May 2010". Then you have to go back up to the tab that says "free monthly horoscopes" to go to another zodiac sign. She usually posts the horoscopes a couple of days (usually 5-10) days before the beginning of the month. If you want to use a different site that's fine just make sure it isn't the one used in the April Issue, I found out afterwords that the site said the same thing every month. You can find that link on the HM page, you should check it if you would rather find your own site, just to make sure that it's not the same site.
Remember to write the sources of the websites that you use on the bottom of your article. That goes for you to Kaylin, okay?

I want to write something for the Hogwarts Monthly.
Since the next Monthly will come out June 1, I wanted to write an article about summer plans... If you're okay with it, I'd like to interview different members of the guild and stuff.

That's fine withe me but, we would have to take on of our usual articles away to make room for yours (if I'm counting correctly)....Hold on let me check...
Edit: Okay, so if I'm counting correctly we have 9 articles (not including the one you would like to do).

5. Wizarding World Past Events

7. M.o.t.M.

TheCeej has decided to not write the Classifieds for us anymore. He sent me quite a nasty pm say several things about this guild and myself, that I strongly disagree with (I'm sure you would too, if you saw it).
Anyway, that leaves the Classifieds open again. Is anyone interested in making them?
