Nicholas went home, not caring about the angry walkers he bumped. When he reached home, he was panting and sweating like a wet dog. He sprinted to Mitsu's room and accidentally burst open the door. After some minutes of calming his breath, he went to get Mitsu's hand. HE concentrated hard on the subject, and then the thought seemed to travel through his veins and into Mitsu's palm. He waited fr some kind of disturbance, but Mitsu was in a deep slumber. After some minutes, he received an angry sensation.
"Uncle Burnaby found me a groom?!?!?! For what!?!?!" shouted Mitsu into his head.
"I don't know" he answered. "I gotta go and check on Rika at the school clinic. SHe collapsed on her way to school."
And he went downstairs and sprinted to the school.

((yeah, but Nicholas doesn't know yet... ANd I don't have a plan... I said 'be back in a sec!' because it would be Nicholas's expression...))
Nicholas went straight to the school clinic. He saw that RIka was no longer there.
"Maybe she's at her house...?" he muttered. He closed his eyes and recalled the time Mitsu first went to Rika's apartment to find a painted door.
He opened his eyes and walked to her apartment. HAlf an hour later, (he was wasting hi time thinking of something) he arrived at Rika's front door. He knocked softly and said, "RIka? Are you home? Its me, Nicholas."

Rika heard the knock. She stood up and walked over to the door.
"Oh, Hey Nicholas. Whats up? Where did you run off to?" She stepped aside so that he could come in. When they entered, she lead him to the kitchen, she sat down at the stool and waited for Nicholas to do the same.

Nicholas sat down on a stool. "Well, I went to Mitsu because XAndra contacted me and she had a message from his uncle, Lord Burnaby..."
Nicholas lowered his head and muttered "He says he found Mitsu a groom..."

Rika's eyes widened.
"A Groom? Why? How old is she anyway?" Rika thought for a moment, the age where teenagers could get married probably differed form where she use to live. She placed a finger on her lip, what she usually did when she was thinking. Something he had said caught her attention.
"Xandra? I've heard that name before..." Rika wasn't sure where, whether it was actually Lora who had heard it, or if she had heard it somewhere before. She then looked at Nicholas, who didn't look to happy.
"You like her, don't you?" She said softly, then placing her hand on his as a friendly gesture. She smiled, thinking it was cute that he worried so much about her.

"Huh!? What!?!?! No!!!!" cried Nicholas, waving his hands in front of him and shaking his head so fiercely.

Rika giggled, "Wow Nick, you make it to obvious!" She stopped herself, then placed her hand over her mouth, thinking she had gone to far by giving him a nickname. She flailed her arms gently. "Hehe, sorry for calling you by a nickname, i usually do that to my friends..." She said innocently. Usually when she began giving someone a nickname, it meant she began to trust them, which is something Rika had not done since the tragedy of Eurastia. She stood up and went to the kitchen cabinet. "So, would you like some tea?" She said as she pulled the cabinet open, only to reveal a mountain of tea boxes, of every flavor. Rika smiled proudly, she was very happy with her collection. _______________________________________ lol, who's arguing with Nicholas? Rika took out the first one that caught her eye and prepared it. After she was done, she opened the bottom cabinet to reveal several tea sets. Rika smiled at her collection, one she had obtained on her endless journey after Eurastia. The memory was enough to make her frown, but the memories of exploring and all the friendly people she had encountered, it was enough to make her smile again. She picked the tea set that did not look to expensive, then brewed the tea. When it was ready, she carefully poured it into the cups.
"You will have to excuse me, i don't have tea sets that meet the Japanese standards...." she said shyly, barely remembering that a Japanese tea set was one she had yet to obtain. After she finished pouring the tea, she sat down an took a sip from the cup, then looked at Nicholas with curious eyes, suddenly hatching a plan that wasn't really hers.....
"Really, so you don't like Mitsu? What would happen if, oh i don't know, some other girl came on to you?" She said with a smirk and a voice that did not resemble her usual one. In fact, it sounded like someone familiar......

Rika snapped out of the sudden ambush by Lora.
"Huh? Oh, sure, i wont say a word...." She glared nervously at her tea cup. Her head started spinning, she stood up from her seat.
"Um, please excuse, me, i will be right back..." She said as she ran to the sink in the bathroom, cursing in her mind as she vomited blood.
Dammit Lora, what did i say about taking over? even a small amount of control after this afternoon is enough to make me sick, are you trying to kill me?
Geez, sorry. I just wanted to hear him admit it and not act like such a pansy.... Rika smacked her forehead.
Geez Lora, your so rude, thank god you dont have a body of your own in this world, or else everyone would have low self este-.... She was cut off by yet again vomiting blood in the sink.
Eh, i swear, if you had your own body, i would have kicked you right about now....
If i had my own body, there would be no need to kick me. Rika sighed, then began to rinse the sink of blood.

Nicholas hesitated to tell Rika the truth. He put is teacup down. While his head was down he noticed a silver sparkle from his wrist. And then his mind flitted to Thais once more and ended up with Mitsu on the riverbank two months ago.
((another flashback!!! XP))
Mitsu was sitting by the sand, hugging her knees as she stared at the still water, deep in thought. Nicholas was leaning over a tree nearby, watching Mitsu silently. He sighed at what he was feeling right now. Whenever he sees Mitsu, he feels his heart skip a beat. And then a rustling noise came from a bush behin him, breaking him from his trance. He turned around. Layla jumped over him locking her hands around his neck yelling "Nicholas!". He jumped back, stumbling over a jagged rock and falling on his back. He propped himself up by his elbows and screaming "Geroff! Geroff me, I say!"
Mitsu turned her head sideward when he heard Nicholas screaming. She muttered "Huh?" and she walked over them. When Nicholas saw her cloak he said "Blast her off me!" Mitsu stopped and, as if controlled, blasted her off. Layla whimpered and went to the river to cool down.
"Is it me or does that girl have a Nicholas tracker on you?" giggled Mitsu as she helped Nicholas up. "I don't know..." he said, feeling her warm palm made his heart skip two beats. "Maybe its the bracelet she gave me." He pointed to the braided bracelet.
Mitsu untied it from his wrist and held out a silver bracelet with a silver chain and at then end of it, a gold key. She tied it on his wrist. "There... now you can remember the day I saved you from LAyla, and-" SHe couldn't finih her sentence because she was locked in a tight embrace with Nicholas. She just blushed silently there...

"Nicholas?" She waved at hand in his face, then heard a tiny bell ring from under them. Rika was startled, so she looked down to see Kuro-Kuro rubbing against Nicholas's legs. Rika smiled.
