3nodding oh yes, i know the physical differences (i really want to learn more about tayuu culture, know any good books?) But as far as Rping, what would be different? I know that Tayuu also play the koto, but maiko are essentially our Kamuro along with the maids. and how intimate do you plan on entertaining? In the pleasure quarters often, geisha where hired to entertain while the men waited for the tayuu to appear, as well as entertain during the party, the highest, most popular Tayuu could merely sit there, being desired and in the end choose if they wanted to sleep with someone that made the offer

Well, I could entertain them in a very more "intimate" beyond what a geisha is allwoed to, like say ummmm minor "lust" involve? Like kissing, or umm holding hands or ummm vcuddling" and "hugging" in a intimate and lust, but very proper manner (like what your mommy used to do when you where little 4laugh ). Not evolving any rude words.
Hmm off topic but I only read 2 tayuu books lately, though I wanna get a new book called "A Courtesan's Day: Hour by Hour" its a print book, has pictures. I suggets you read "Women of the Pleasure Quarters" and "Yoshiwara: The Glittering World of the Japanese Courtesan". If I where to get a job I wnated with no cost whatsoever, I would be either geisha or a tayuu impersinator.

I think that would be bordering the place that we do not want to go. Such as...getting this guild blocked. While I agree it would be an interesting idea, maybe we shouldn't try it. I'm all about keeping this guild open, but the moderators might not see your "innocent" stand on Tayuu like you have explained.
Lust alludes to other things...and we'd like our guild not to be involved in lust, I should believe. Kyoku-chan...what are your thoughts?

Yes i agree, the intimate setting your alluding too involves other actions eventually, that that isnt the point of this guild, and it could cause trouble
edit: also, you cant be proper and have lust at the same time xd

you must wait to be placed in your okiya, after that you may only post at your okiya 3nodding that is unless a maiko or geisha ask you to go to a store in town, which you may then go there

Nitta-san..we need more mods...seriously...
I feel bad...b/c my schoolwork has taken me away from gaia a lot...
crying
I may have to postpone a lot of my threads. Or have a substitute come in my place. I can probably still do my okiya posts and a few others....but the yen system...
The yen system is too hard for me to do alone... xp I need support from all the mods on this aspect.
