Still in Mai's hand was the necklace that she had given Celia. Why did she ahve to leave it. What if this was the only thingshe would ever have again from Celia. would she ever see her again.
Mai just wanted to die. She stood up and walked back to Sang who had metnioned that they needed to go to the dessert. she knew how well that went over last time. she was sick and hiurt like no other and couldn't heal very well. Which made it really hard for her. It was her journey with Sang which lead to being well again and then to Alice and Kayden.
"Another journey....." Mai said. She could feel a tiny kick in her stomach. Her hands dropped to her stomach. She could feel something inside of her....she knew she could. But did she dare tell Sang. "Let's leave the kids here for now...we should leave as soon as we can to save Celia," Mai comments.
Rain could Tell what Mai was feeling. Rain knew that there may be moer than meets the eye to Mai. Mai had such a small body that it would soon start showing that there was a small child within her body once again.

"Sounds like a good idea. But we need to make sure its alright with Sebastian." Sang comments as he turns away from the body and slowly walks back up to Mai. HE wanted to ask if she was alright but that would make it the second time and he wasn't feeling any better. He could only imagine how she felt. Wrapping her body in up in a tight hug, Sang holds on to her for a few moments. "Come on, we need to be getting back. Before all the dust and smoke clears."
He didn't know much about the town folk but the fact that their homes just got burnt to a crisps if not ash would be more then enough of a cause to blame them. With our with out Rain being right next to them.

"Not so tightly!" she quickly said. Her hands were still set firmly on her stomach. She didn't want Sang to know of the child that was in her stomach. And, she well, didn't want him to squish the baby. "My stomahch.....is just a litttle sore," she commented. If Sang found out that she could be pregnant again, he would probably not let her come and save Ceilia, and that's the last thing she wanted.
"But yea, it's a good idea...we should head back...but we sould set out tonight," Mai suggested. She didn't care how physically straining it was. Rain had made her way over to Mai and Sang and drooped down so they could get on.

Now, back at the place where Mai hadn't even spent maybe two hours at that place before she ahd to go after Celia and fail to save her. They landed and Mai got off first. "Sang, where's the bathroom?" Mai asks.

On the ride back Sang had chosen to sit directly behind Mai. He wasn't trying to figure anything out but he wanted to let her know that she was not alone. and that he was still here regardless of what had happened in their small family. he was a bit suspicious to her reactions before and even then as she guarded her stomach. but he passed it off as her body still reacting like she was carrying a child. so he kept his hands at her hips.
"I think there's one next to the room where Alice and Kayden are." he comments as he slides off Rains back. Landing on his feet he looked over to Surete as she had fallen fast asleep during their travels. proving just how much the trip and everything else had taken out of her. Sang had to admit that he felt like there was a demon at his back cracking a whip at him. Though at that point he could not decide if it was his guilt for losing another daughter, or the pain he felt towards his wife's loss or if it was the threat of the king returning gnawing at his mind like a parasite.

They were quickly greeted by Sebestian and his daughters. The mayor gave him a small smile, there wasn't much he could give other than that to the man. "The townsfolk are safe, moved into the caves. Those that are injury are being tended too. I have some good friends readying your dragons so they will be ready to fly as soon as possible and at their bests."
Julia walked up to him, giving him a hug before holding his hands in hers, "How are you?" She knew what had happened and she was concerned for his well being like any friend would be, both mentally and physically. If he need to vent or cry, if his manly whatever would allow it, she would be there, unjudging.

"That's good that the towns people ok," sh esaid. However, she was sure to hide the fact right now that she didn't much care for the fact that this town had been put into rubble. The only thing she cared about was her daughter who was stolen, and the fact that she wanted to throw up. She was going to head to the bathroom. howeve,r, it was the girl named Julia's who's actions made her want to slit her throat.
"Back away from my husband," she said with a strong relaxed tone. Mai was sure that Sang would never cheat on ehr with another woman. but that didn't mean she was goign to let another woman get closer to her husband.It made her feel like she wanted Sang's arms around her once more. She really didn't want to seem demanding, but she didn't want anyone near her husband. It must have been the hormones that made her think this way.
But it was then her stomach wanted to play tricks with her. This led to her hands on her stomach with not a tight grasp and the feeling she wanted to kneel over and throw up. however, all she wanted was to not throw up. She wanted to leave and help Sang find Celia.

Julia jumped back as if biten by Mai's words, "Miss Mai, it is not what it seems!" In truth, Julia thought she had already left, if not she would be showing the same concern to Mai as well. Her kind act just blew up in her face, miserably.
"Miss Mai," started Julia, "While your husband is one of the good ones, he is already taken. By you. I have my own in town...er now in the caves. I simply wished to see if he was okay."
Erica arched eyebrow as she tried now to burst out laughing at the scene, "Your caring attitude seems to have bitten you in the butt!" Julia was always one to act before thinking, even it was a innocent act.

"It's alright Julia." Sang comments after having herd enough. to be honest he was surprised that Julia would be the one hugging him. her words were even more strange to him sense the two of them were literal strangers. Even if he had saved their father from the ice that intomed him it wasn't something to grant this level of caring. at least not yet. But it was Mai more then anyone else that had sent him off. First she screamed at him to not hug her, granted it was as tightly but it came across as a demand for little contact. Now she was biting the head off of a young girl just being the pure young soul that she was. he really didn't see much reason to jump like she had. Still he could take a bit of a hint at this point as he stepped forwards towards Mai.
"Come On Mai, Lets get our things in order. And Sebastian I would like to have a word with you if its alright." He Comments knowing that he was going to have to have a talk with Mai before he spoke with Sebastian so he could decide if Mai should be coming along. IF she was like this over a hug, who knows what will happen when they find Celia. Turning Mai around Sang slings an arm along hers dragging his hands down till he took a hold of hers and softly pulled her back towards the core of the mayors mansion.

"Sorry she commented. she battled the feeling in the pit of her stomach that wanted to come out the top so that Sang would see ehr fit to travel. And she was...just minus the fact that there was some dragon baby inside her tummy once again. She really didn't want to seem like such a b***h, but she couldn't just ignore the situation. "I guess I just misjudged..I just have seen you in so long that...well...yea..." she rambled on, "Sorry," she finished.
In three weeks time the baby would probably be born. whether it would come out normal or if it would come out by her stomach she really didn't know. but the toll that Celia did to ehr body was hard, she didn't want this baby to be born this way. and to not knwo the gender or anything made it worse.
"I need to go to th bathroom," she comments. She had no intentions of wanting to throw up. However, whther her body wanted to or not was another thing. "I feel so grimy, there was so much dust flying around," she said.

"What was that about Mai?" Sang asks as they step out of the tunnel leading them to the house. "Why are you acting like this?"
He asks letting her body slide from his arm as he stepped out in front. "You nearly yell at me to not hug you 'too' tight. and then you pounce on the daughter of our host like she's some harlot!... Whats really bothering you?" He asks after a few seconds of thinking about it. "This cant be just about losing Celia. you lost Alice and the one thing on your mind was getting her back."

"It's just that I actually havn't seen you...and from a womans perspective..well, when some other girl hugs their man or even takes their hand for that matter...well..I can only assume," she said. she avoided the real topiuc of why she was probably acting that way. however, that was a big part of it. Woman just had the on going fight where their faces would through the glare, stay the hell away from my man.
"It's been a long day...I got to see Alice for an hour, and then I lose celia with that same hour. It's just a lot of...ccrap that dealing with gets a little difficult sometimes," she said. "That's why I want to get Celia back soon, which is why we need to leave tonight," she commented. she didn't know how long it would take to retrieve hr dragon daughter Celia, but she wanted her back soon before she had this other child.

"We'll leave as soon as we can Mai." Sang comments some what giving up. Her reasons were the right kind of answer. but he had an itching feeling that something was still chewing on her heart. there had to have been something she was not telling him. But he figured that he would learn about it sooner or later. "Go get your self cleaned up. I'll take care of the kids until your done." He comments walking up to her and softly kissing her forehead. Slowly peeling his body away from hers he started moving up the stairs.
"We'll find you Celia No matter the cost." he promises to himself before turning and heading up another flight of stairs.
