I've must've not've seen borders on there they do at barnes and noble I saw it there and Herumoine Russia is part of EURASIA (only country that is) [europe-asia] Borders doesn't have much at all for Russian.

Japanese way: Herumouni Western: Hermonie stare Actually, there's somebody in Harry Potter called Hermione, and in the Japanese translation of the series her name was written (in katakana) Haamaioni....

Japanese way: Herumouni Western: Hermonie stare Actually, there's somebody in Harry Potter called Hermione, and in the Japanese translation of the series her name was written (in katakana) Haamaioni.... Mine's different. I'm a big Harry Potter fan, so no need to tell me that. biggrin It's pronounced her-mow-knee in English and he-ru-mo-u-ni in Japanese. 3nodding

Well, like I said, mine's different. At first I had just taken her name and changed the spelling as well as pronounciation. Then I changed it to being a Japanese name because my rp character was born and raised in Toukyou. (sort of) The characters for her name are in my sig. 経妄荷 (へるもうに)

i'm currently trying to learn Russian.>.<.although my best friend, she was born in russia and speaks russian and english fluently.sadly i'm american. emo although ever since i was a child i've planned on moving to europe. 3nodding .i'm european at heart.v-v.
