lol, if you really want to get with her that badly than by all means go for it. I just think it is awekward for you to do that with her since you are teacher and student but hey, what do I know

hmmm, I would say 35 - 40K ought to be a good asking price because merely finding someone who needs all those forums will be tough

first, change the name of your guild to
"For sale"
or something like that. that is how I found my guild
next, put up advertisements all over the place that your guild is for sale
and dont forget to constantly mention how many subforums you have and how much gold is in the account so people know how much they are saving if they buy your guild and tell them to pm you
