He walks over to talk into the jar. "Come on, Horace. He'll let you out if you pick a bird. Then we'll go for a nice walk." He taps on the glass.

The unlucky bird falls forward, twitches for a bit, then slowly stands back up. It staggers around, shaking its head and flapping its wings stupidly.
"It's about time. How long were you planning on floating around?"

Nat looks over. "Can he come out now?"
