"Do not taunt him creature...Nal...take a walk, now."
Nal growled deep in his throat as he tore his massive Flameberg from the earth, sending a small gyser of flames into the air, molten rocks spewing in random dirrections. Sliding the blade back into his sheeth, Nal slowly stomped away. His massive bulk sent tremors verberating through the area as he disapeared into the thick forest brush. Even Lan sounded irritated after the creature's display of foolish arrogance.
"Show me the ruler of this city, creature, or I shall find him myself. You're drawing my patience."

*Mastema chuckles silently, hearing Nana. *He removes his long coat and his shirt altogether, along with his current gloves. He takes the arm length glove and carefully slides it onto his right arm and then takes the smaller one and places it on his left hand. He examines the accessories with his bare back turned to Nana*
Zeno: *roller blades pop out on Zeno's feet and he starts to skate circles around Lan. He laughs* You're in no position to make demands of my lord, dude. Maybe if you pleaded I'd consider calling him here. He's watching right now you know... he knows I'm talking to you. It is HE who determines who enters the citadel. If you can't show your respects or prove your worth then get lost and make your own damn metal home. Your friend has a big enough stick to make a house of

The ground under, and around, Zenogai rumbled violently, and the tremors shook the entire cidadel as well, before they finally subsided.
"If you will not take me to him, fine, I will find him myself."
Lan wasn't TRYING to be rude, but the little creature was more then just aggitating, and Lan was feeling a bit stupid for not letting Nal destroy the creature when he had the chance. Nal was halfway back to the dojo by now, or somewhere in the general area. Lan's boots left large prints and his steps caused small tremors to shake the area around him. He was walking straight towards the cidadel, completely ignore the small bot Zenogai.
"I have more then proved my respect for this person's city by waiting a week and a half to speak with them, only to be greeted by a creature such as yourself. Tis not I who needs to learn respect, but your master...creature."
Lan spoke, half heartedly, as he walked towards the cidadel.

Hmm..... Who would have thought something made of metal could feel so much like a second skin.... *He continues to flex his arms with the gloves, every movement perfectly matched by the gloves* Do not worry about the tremors. It's just one of my associates having a little fun is all...
Zeno: Hey hey hey buddy...what's the rush. *He skids right in front of the 13 foot behemoth* The number you have dialed is not in service.... Please try again later. ku ku ku. *He laughed* Why're you so intent on going in there big boy... there's nothing for you here......

"Peace..."
Lan seemed to melt into the ground and amerge behind the creature, still walking. Resheething Ka'lana, Lan scratched his right shoulder. He was growing more and more tired of the creature with each passing second. He didn't look to dangerous, despite the fact he was a 13 foot Silver Giant, mostly because he was missing his entire right arm.

Indeed... there's a visitor on the outskirts. Apparently it's a large man causing these tremors. He seeks to invade my citadel with no legitimate reason... I can not allow him entrance
Zeno: hmm.... *Zeno, also, surrounds himself in a cape, vanishes, and reappears in front of Lan, still ten meters from the barrier of the citadel* Peace? Hah! That's the reason you stay away from here bub. Go the way your pal did and you'll find better peace. This is not the place for those seeking a meaningful, peaceful existence. stare Last warning friend... I have the lord's permission to use the cannon already baring on you stare

Lan paused infront of Zenogai, letting his words sink into the creature.

I believe this man seeks peace. Perhaps under different circumstances I could have welcomed him.... but his ideals, just from what I can see of him, are far too conflicting with mine. If he stays here then there will be turmoil... and if that's the case then he really will not find his peace here....*He sighs* fools.... *He turns to her and moves back to her side, placing a hand against her cheek. The chain mail glove felt the same temperature as Mastema's skin, as opposed to what one would believe of metal being usually cold* Do not worry....I will try to resolve the issues with this man.... hopefully Slayer can take care of it

Perhaps if this place was pure enough to stand against the onslaught of the darkness along it's boarders, then it is the place I seek to rest."
Lan's entire body radiated a soft silver color, and seemed to bathe the area in the light giving glow. His arm was held at his side, but fairly close to his sword, should the Zenogais character decide to try something.
"I will do nothing to destroy the tranquility set before me, I hold to much respect for the Earthen Brother to do such a thing, but I will reach my resting place."
As with all giants, Lan was naturally a traveler. When giants travel away from their "perfect peace" and are gone for long periods of time they begin to grow weaker and weaker until they become the state Lan is in now. If he had spent his entire life within the saftey of one of the many 'steddings' then he would be infinitely more powerful then he was now.
"Fetch your master, I will give him my word that I seek only peace. A place to sit and rest, perhaps cultivate a small garden, but a place to unwind and be away from the vile taint that filled the Black Company dojo daily."
