What's up, Sparkle Sabri? getting ready to go back to school generally. i have to go meet with an advisor to talk about how i'm going to get my grades up. my dad called and made the appointment for the meeting for me, because 'it's hard for you let me do it for you' which annoyed my mom because she is of the philosophy of 'it's hard for you. do it anyways'. *sigh* i know that they're just trying to help but they have opposite ways of going about it, and it often ends up with them bickering over which way's better/what i should do, which is really not helpful.

What's up, Sparkle Sabri? getting ready to go back to school generally. i have to go meet with an advisor to talk about how i'm going to get my grades up. my dad called and made the appointment for the meeting for me, because 'it's hard for you let me do it for you' which annoyed my mom because she is of the philosophy of 'it's hard for you. do it anyways'. *sigh* i know that they're just trying to help but they have opposite ways of going about it, and it often ends up with them bickering over which way's better/what i should do, which is really not helpful. Like really spicy chili or mildy hot chili? I've been good~ A couple of friends from school came over and we had a blast. XD It's a shame that I won't be able to see them anymore though. :/ Exactly. They are well worth the effort. I will keep that in mind. I'm trying to expand my list of recipes that I can make. I was mistaken, actually. ^^; It's not chili. I work for a food co-op, and we get to take home leftovers. None of them are labeled, though, so all of the beans and corn misled me. It was actually barbeque chicken. Oh? That's sad. Are they off to college or something? Yes, they are.~ As am I trying to expand my list as well.~ * cracks eggs * Oh it isn't? O: Oh, well that makes sense. XD How does barbeque chicken have beans and corn? o . o I never heard something like that at all. > . >

I'm starting to become quite competent at fruit pies. *finally gets the cherries done and, after cleaning up, mixes all of the dry ingredients together* You would have to ask my guild master. ^^; He sort of... makes up the recipes as he goes along.

sabrinix i guess i should have said college instead of school..... sweatdrop going to be a sophomore. I have to agree with your mom on this. In college, you really have to get used to doing everything yourself. It's okay to ask a parent for help, but you should do the act itself. If your dad is trying to do it for you, tell him that you want to do it yourself.
