well i see that lol but honestly I'm really lost, I'm going to be the weak link no matter were i go, and this is is very people based. Plus the RPC i have in mind i cant get really going till i hit chunin rank apparently.
I'm just wanting to know where i should go to get moving quick and how to do it lol, even if i did pick i village i have no idea what to do after im in one.

Well first choose a class of ninja you want to be so there wont be any major problems ya?
Then comrade choose your village. I am crew but I returned from a reccent inactivity so I cant help there.
Afterwards find your sensei and BUG HIM/HER to teach you. Remember this RPC is a person give him emotions that are purely His and dont let your emotions cloud his.
