Ubiquitouch Metal Trsu Do 'Known Techniques' in the profile section need to be filled out specifically with what your character knows, or does/can it be filled out to say. Known Tech. Kido: Rank 1-60 Or should it be listed out individually? I think it would be better to individually list them - there are new techniques being created that you wouldn't have access to until your character trains for them. Unless you're Gengyo and/or Noire, in which case the new ones just get automatically added to the laundry list of their arsenals. Kinda spooky when you think about all the firepower they potentially have access to. If Gengyo ever joined up with Noire (not likely)....god help us.

Actually, not quite - we decided that the way it's decided is to look at the tiers of Kido, and your character will automatically know every Kido up to two tiers below their top known Kido, plus the ones that you specified they know in their profile. In truth though, we're being pretty lenient with what the higher-level Kido users know, since the profiles were made before this was set up. You might be asked at some point to update Gengyo or something, idk. There might be an exception made for the Kido Corps Captains.

Just wondering again. I know there's the Kido Master List, But Are we just going by whats on the Wiki as far as everything else, or are we playing it pretty loose with the Zanjutsu/Hoho/? Like no actually techniques?

Technically you can create your OC with quite a few of the known techniques, be they Zanjutsu, Kido, Hoho, etc. However, you're gonna have to basically make sure that you have an area of specialization and prolly an area of deficiency. So within those parameters, you can give your OC some abilities and then they'll work from there. Of course, mods will always be there to make sure you don't go astray.

Without reiryoku, and essentially zero hakuda and zanjutsu skills, Noire has no way to defend himself against the hakuda/zanjutsu master Mana.
Way to go overpowered 12th Division spell negation. LOL.
Noire is going to have to rely the ******** on Shizuko to pull them out of that.

While look on the bright side it's a one time use and you will never have to deal with again. and kind of a side note Chi has no skill in Hakuda but he is proficient in zanjutsu to a degree and He may have some tricks up his sleeve...oh and another side note is it find to create topics in the factory like individual rooms for the fullbringers?
