Wulvengar Noctorus The original rule states is that it 'can' have a weakness, but I believe I did well to explain its cons in the overall description. One of its main weaknesses is the continuous consumption of ki; the other is that it relieves the user of one of their style's most underrated techniques, 'the ability to feel wind' that is all around them, which potentially helps them dictate future moves based upon said technique. Lastly, it has limitations based upon level. Against fighters of a higher level (~two or more -ei. if the user is level 4 and they are facing a level 6), it won't be nearly as effective as when facing a fighter of the same level or one level higher.
