I do plan to post something for Blackthorn which will probably involve Clair, but don't expect it before next week. I'm down to crunch time on my paper, and I'll be focusing on that until I turn it in. (And then, theoretically, I'll be done and a much happier person. xD With considerably more brain power to devote to this.)
But if anyone else wants to jump in and write up something before then, please do. =) I figure Clair can be passed around as we need her, since I really don't plan to develop her character too much.

Ysavvryl I was going to wait to see how Eusine reacted to that scene before having them get out of town, but I could post with them before that if you want. And they'll try to avoid getting followed, probably through use of a few of the Pokemon.
OR~
If they travel to Blackthorn, Eusine could call on reinforcements from Judge, Joseph founds out about the stormchaser guy and more torture ensues (If Judge's involved I won't kill him, promise sweatdrop ). I see Blackthorn as the scene of a large-scale battle. Mahogany Town is swept up in an attack along the way, buildings set alight, people arrested...maybe this forces Pryce's hand.

The Omega church in Hearthome we're using is the same one you see in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, right?
