ok, so i guess its fire and earth then. I was trying to make a character associated with the Bears and then make a few jutsu on that idea. but i dont think that wind and lighnting are so much its feel.......

you see I choose fire and water for a few things rp wise
water can put fire out, earth it can turn to mud or flow around, wind will make it fly or send it in the air still being able to use, and for electricity I use fire to negate it since electric attacks are a condensed fire I can use it to block or keep away electric users while fire hitting wind makes it stronger, hitting earth makes it hotter so its win win with water and fire

Electricity is the flow of negative charges (electrons) through a medium, generally air or a conductor like copper. The heat is generated from the energy the electricity possesses, combustion happens when electricity possesses a high amount of voltage (amount of current/resistance) and strikes an object like a tree igniting it instantly.

That wasn't coped from Wiki, that was High School. xD
I'm just good at science and physics and the like. Nothing would change the fire would probably get bigger, but that would only be the case if it's fuel (whatever its burning to stay alive) wasn't obliterated by the electricity (assuming it's lightning).
