"I suppose it does. Find something else to fufill your midlife crisis or get a license." She turned around and grabbed a paper towel and some cleaning spray so she could clean the table off.

he let out an aggervated sigh and decided to ignore that last comment. "i'll see what i can do." he turned and left the room. he headed up to the bathroom and closed the door.

She knew he wasn't in a good mood and just threw the paper towel away and put the cleaner back. "I swear sometimes it's like I have four kids." Garreth had finally started laughing and walked back to the living room to watch TV again.

"I don't even think I was being unreasonable about it. He doesn't know how to drive a motorcycle nor does he have a license. If he took classes and passed the test, I could care less. I would still see no point in it, but I wouldn't care." She was just more or less talking out loud to try to ease some of her anger over the situation.

"Yes, but this is one of those situations where he can't do that." She gave a sigh and rubbed her head. "How did I know when he came home it was going to be something to do with a mid-life crisis?"

She looked at Raine and then gave a sigh. "I'm going to go and see if he's done pouting." She walked over to her and gave her a kiss on the top of her head. "Good night, baby girl." She smiled and went into the living room to tell Garreth good night and then went to the basement to do the same with Cyan. She then went upstairs and into their room and closed the door. She knocked on the bathroom door and spoke. "You okay in there?"

"You can have a motorcycle as long as you go about it the right way. You forget that it's not just safe, but the best thing to do since we have to set an example. You're also lucky that Cyan wasn't around for the 'flying is overrated' comment." She kissed his cheek and kept her arms wrapped around him.
