Err... Right. Superposition is the only thing I could think of, since he's all the way behind something that's so far it avoids bullets. Yet so close he can duck under it when something comes at him. So... Quasiposition?

He wasn't ducking under it from the thing coming at him.
He merely had a gun pointed over the horizon of the cover, but yeah... AP rounds would have hit him anyway from an automatic.
So whatever, he's dead.
