:::Cora flicked in violently, she watched her solidity sputter in and out. Unlike the smooth transition the Brink normally offered her, her form was sputtering. She let out a small shriek, not knowing what was going on. When she finally completed the transition in, she was breathing heavily:::
That was not nominal! :::But now, everything felt fine::: Fwooo...
:::She looked around, but did not see anyone. But when she stood still a moment, she heard movement in the hall opposite those of the guest rooms:::
I have never been that way. :::without hesitation, she made her way over:::

*Cross flickers into the main room and with his mouth open as if about to give an order, then shuts it momentarily and looks about* Rather empty in here t'day i'nt it..? *he shrugs, reaching up and grabbing a familiarly labeled bottle and sitting down at a table..... putting his feet up and takeing time to relax.... it had been a busy month for him... and now he was glad to have some quiet..*
((hmmm need to do somthin' about food.. be back shortly.... if anyone asks, Cross is dozing))

People have come in again, and -again -Selurnis just stood by and watched as things transpired. Other than Cora, who had introduced herself on the first day Selurnis found herself in the Brink, she didn't know anyone else and felt uncomfortable approaching them.
Watching them leave, she began to wander if there was something more than just the tavern to the Brink... But she was a little worried about leaving the tavern -what if she phases out again and gets returned to the world she's from? There were definitely positives about being here -and she didn't want to lose that.
"Shall I sing...?" she asked, more to herself than anyone. It was the only thing she knew how to do well, and if anyone wanted, she could entertain them.

*Cross Raises an eyebrow at the strange woman..... he had seen her once before.... walking into a wall.... but she had dissappeared abruptly... and now she wanted to sing..... so much for the quiet.. he sighs then puts on his best grin*.... Right then, why not. give us a good drinking song me fine lass *he says as he takes a swig of rum*

Having thought the place was empty, she really hadn't expect an answer, especially not one that popped out of nowhere from behind her.
"Audyhnnnh," she sighed, glad to see him. "You're back," she smiled.

Hearing Cross's voice, she jumped again. She hadn't realized there was someone else in the tavern.
"Al-alright," she smiled gently, but a little intimidated now that there was a stranger to sing for in the tavern.
"I'll sing..." she said, and drew a breath:
