Ultima pulled back from the tree and turnd to look for the sunlight he needed to feed. He reached down and drank from his hip flask filled with tea and continued to ask Matthew about himself so he could trust him.

"Self defense is so limited, its also good to defend things you hold dear or is that included in your definition of self? . . and who is this master you peak of?"

"My master taught me to limit defence to myself, but then again, I have never had that much else to defend. My life has been pretty lonely." he spoke, lookinga t the trees around him.

"You have always had your trees to speak with, I have had ntohing, but my inner deamons. Thus I am not sure if I should limit my combat to my own defence."

His eyes turned to the girl who had approtched him. He nodded

"Greetings"

Lee walked amounst the shadows... he sensed people nearby.. he head in that direction... but stayed in the shadows.. he came upon three figures... he stayed out of site.. he was knew to the clan... maybe he could get infomation from them.. he pondered...

Pale could sense the familiar form of Reaper, but there was someone else there as well. However, she didn't feel any threat at all, and since the person had not announced themselves...

"I have not always had these trees . . it is rather new to me really. Hello Pale, i haven't seen you in the longest of times. Matthew and i where getting to know one another but you both should excuase me. . . There is somthing else i must check on" Then Ultima waved goodbye to the both of them and walked towards the lake.

The day was warm for him and the water here so cool he was happy to indulge his roots in there cool waters.

Reaper came standing onto her feet slowly brushing off little parts of the earth from her assassin clothing. Darksun came standing onto his feet as well. Reaper stood there in silence remembering when Ultima got hurt and she flew him to Aes. When he woke up once during flight and called her..mom...How weird...she thought he didn't know anything of his parents.
~..what is troubling you mistress?~
"..nothing..just thinking..." Reaper whispered. "..I need to talk to Ultima about somethin..."
Darksun turned his head and eyes her. ~......this wouldn't involve you flying would it?~
"Darksun..I should've have to hide the real me from these people...Its like what Jay said. We are like family here...what kind of family member will I be if I keep everything to myself?" Reaper asks.
Darksun shook his head. ~..the last time you were in that form...a man pulled a sword out on you!...How am I suppose to protect you if your flying and I'm searching?~
Reaper smiled beneath the scarf and scratches his head. "Don't worry about it. Besides...I enjoy flying."
With that she got consumed by the white light once more and spread her wings out. ~...just..watch Darksun..no one is here to harm us anymore..~
Reaper flapped her wings and took flight above the tree tops. Her body glowing with the healing whiteness her Eternal body gives off. Turning her head in every direction trying to decide where Ultima would exactly be. Taking a guess she started to head to her right and glide on the wind currents.

He was sitting near a small river that he had been at all night. He hadn't slept because he was thinking of many of the things that he wanted to forget. He spoke softly to himself, "Why must I be burdened with these things? My powers are truly great...but come with downsides..I suppose all great things come with some type of flaw." He leaned down and grabbed his swords, putting his arms through the straps that had the katana sheaths built into it. He then picked up his Mitaki and started walking through the woods. He listened to the sounds of the forest and looked at the many different species of trees in the area. He continued walking for awhile and then came upon the clearing he had been at yesterday. He set down his Mitaki and unsheathed his katanas. He decided that he was going to practice for awhile, seeming as he might need it.
