I like gore...but to an extent. I don't like seeing someone with their guts spilled on the side of the road.

That's how I find humor in the world. Looking at pictures of dead people or people getting extensive surgery. I saw one once where this guy had his liver removed and it was covered in... I think I'll stop there.

The liver was covered in a large infection that looked like mold. The man had drank to much and apparently ate grass. From the grass he got a bacterial infection which spread and consumed his liver making it useless. The liver was basically a chunk of mold in his body.
