I tend to use the earth meld for exploration more than actual breaking and entering. I'm just saying that it's hard to hide a place from that type of search. It can be done with the right approach however I've only found two ways to do so without raising suspicion. I'm sure you can tell what they are once your character becomes aware of the ability and thinks on it.
I'm sure I could if I thought about it...
But, it's pretty obvious...
Each seal block the coresponding magic from being used within the cavern, the chambers behind the glyphs are obviously inaccessible by any means, not that it would matter, since you needed to break the seal to recieve what they offered...
I have little reason to fear 'thieves' and such, one that could make off with the hammer, could not use it, and there is nothing of value, or even able to be taken out of the cavern, in there...
The earth seal should most likely be the first broken, so you'll have you entryway soon enough...
