[[Ah, see, I always try to read things as carefully as possible. xD I read Jackie's whole post once, and then while I'm making my characters respond to a certain post, I read it over and over while I'm posting, just so I make things as accurate as I can. c:
AH. And I changed up Nami's post. The one I had previously I felt didn't really suit the atmosphere, so I changed it. I like it better now, although I'm still awful with drama, sooooo... yeah. But I felt like I should get that question out there.

[[yeah i get like short term memory loss for a sec xD and i don't know how to make it into a drama that much, it's too much drama xD. yeah i think i heard that on a comercial, but i got it from an anime like inuyasha xD]]

Itachi's breath was caught in his throat. Was Nami actually taking his advice seriously? That he wouldn't be good for her? When it seemed so close, only a hair away, it didn't look like such a good idea afterall.
He suddenly stopped without a word. Knowing Itachi would probably not be able to see her, he did not bother to turn around. This was not the only reason. Itachi didn't know if the surprise, shock, the panic was shown on his face. It didn't really sink in, an Akatsuki without it's cheerful mascot.
But, it'd be better if she left, right? Nami would be away from the harm of being associated with the criminal organization. Nami wouldn't have to be hurt by Itachi anymore. Nami would be better off, but would he? Itachi knew the answer. He knew it would hurt but if Nami was doing what she wanted he'd feel better right? That was his logic.
Itachi felt he needed clarification, just a little. "Is that what you want?" His voice was quiet, stiff, with a slight demanding tone.
[[That it should be! By the way, you said you weren't good with this drama stuff. >.>]]
Kurai nodded towards Awai. "Like Mr. Pimpin' said, this girl's name is Kurai." She hopped off the bed even though she really just got on. Her left leg, the one she favored, caused her to limp instead of a steady pace. Kurai forced herself to walk normally as to not show much weakness and once she got in between Kai and Awai, Kurai glanced back to Kai and faced Awai square on. "You wanna take on his challenge, Awai?" A smug little smirk rested on her lips.
Akane stifled her laugh as to not offend Deidara anymore than she already had. He was bound to have more authority than her since he was here for who knows how long unlike herself. Akane plopped onto a bed, not knowing whether it was Deidara's or this Sasori he spoke of. "Where's this 'Sasori'? Is he an annoying person I want to see too?"

Ah, I have a whooooole plan worked out for Nami, but it can wait for a few posts. [not many, though.] ]]
Nami took in a deep breath to try and calm herself; she was being more emotional than needed. At least that's what she thought.
"I... I want to see my parents. Whether or not they hurt me when I was young, I need to sort things out." Even just the mentioning of her parents made Nami's eyes fill up with tears. Why she even wanted to go back was beyond her. But, she did have a reason, whether or not anyone else understood it didn't matter.
She pulled the hood off her face, revealing just how shook up she was about everything. She looked up at Itachi, her eyes filled with so many different emotions. "I don't know what to do." Her voice cracked slightly and she gripped the fabric just that much more. "Itachi..."
[[ And I'm not good at drama! D8 ]]
"What challenge? ... That I can be a god-awesome pimp?" Kai really hadn't the faintest idea of what was going on. "Or that you're not gettin' yer shoe back...?" Both challenges didn't look good for poor little Kai...
"Sasori-danna isn't annoying, un. He's very..." Deidara didn't exactly know what to say. If he showed respect for his danna, that'd be a bit out of character for him. "Eh, I guess you'll just have to meet him sometime. I'm not really sure where he is, yeah."

Itachi could hear Nami and the rustling of his cloak. He was afraid. Afraid to turn around and how he would react. But could he bear it if Nami was breaking down right there? Close enough to reach out and comfort. He couldn't, at the least bit, relate to Nami's feelings. Itachi willing took the lives of his parents without so much as a second thought.
The movement was slow but surely he was turning towards Nami. This wasn't something he wanted to do; something was tugging him and hard. For the second time that very day, Itachi did something for himself rather than others. Itachi took a step to be beside Nami and laid a hand of her shoulder, giving her a stern shake. "If you think it must be down, why think?" His eyes were glued on Nami but Itachi really wanted to pull away; he didn't know how much more he could handle.
[You so are! Lookie what you came up with :] ]]
The smug little look of Kurai's had turned into a sort of half smirk, half grin. Kai was confused, Awai was ready to go; what else could be better? Kurai held up her good arm, fingers laid out flat, palm facing Awai, signaling to 'stop'.
"Slow down, there girl! 'Tis little prince is rather confuzled at the moment. What's your challenge? You choose. I don't reccomend testing to see if he's 'god-awesome' pimp." Kurai winked playfully; first to Awai then to Kai.
"That's what they all say." Akane rolled her eyes. "Well screw him then. Who else can we meet?" Akane's question was more directed towards Kira than Deidara, but if he wanted to tag along she wouldn't mind but it seemed Kira would. She laid down on the bed, her lower half of her legs hanging off the bed. Her legs swung carelessly, a little something to say she was bored again.

Nami let herself be shaken, not having much energy at the moment. She looked down, thinking after practically being told not to.
"I'm not sure why. I've always wanted... to understand people. I don't understand my parents, or what they did, but surely they had a reason." Her arms fell limp, the cloak barely staying in the grip her hands had them in as they fell to her sides.
"Everything has a reason. Everything." She stared blankly down the hallway now, and then her eyes lowered. She unwrapped the cloak from around herself, and folded it. She turned to face Itachi again, although she didn't make eye-contact, she just stared at his necklace. She stepped closer to him, mere inches from each other. She pushed the folded cloak into his chest gently, letting go and stepping back after.
"... Gomenasai." She then turned to walk off, her eyes still glazed over in god knows how many expressions.
[[... Lies. >.> This makes me sad, though. -sniffle-]]
"... I think I'd make a good pimp. :C Though I dunno how to test that... so... shoe-huntin' it is, then?" Kai smirked, although he felt he would lose this challenge.
Kira shrugged. "There's a few people we could meet at the moment, if you're up to that? Apparently, they're going to play a game..." She smirked. Games were her favorite...

Itachi held his wrinkled cloak, staring down at it. Was that all he could do? Offer a hand and watch Nami walk away from him? Would he be able to settle with just that? No. Of course he wouldn't. What could he do though, without making it so obvious.
Itachi held the edge of his cloak and straightened it out. He walked beside her, gently draping the cloak over Nami once more. "It's meant to stay until you're dry." He mumbled quietly. Itachi didn't bother to say any more than what he did. It wasn't needed, anyway.
"I didn't say you wouldn't make a good pimp.." Kurai said, dropping her hand by her side. Her legs were getting sore and she herself didn't want to play but would let Awai. "If you guys make me move anymore, all the wounds are gunna open up, ya doinks." She muttered this quietly to herself; it didn't matter if they heard or not. A small smile appeared on her face, "You better show this one-eyed greatness you've been ranting 'bout."
"I like games! Maybe I could play?" Akane darted onto her feet and by the door in a mere second. Her giggles were ones of excitment; maybe the Akatsuki wasn't as bad as their interior and exterior design tastes. The twisted little smile that was on her face earlier came again. "There has to be some kind of test.."

Life was difficult enough, why... why did... just, why?
Nami's eyes returned to their normal color as she looked down at her feet. She had ceased walking again; she couldn't multitask all that well. She couldn't cry, talk, and walk at the same time; it wasn't possible. Not for her. She took in another shaky breath, licking her lips to try and make her mouth not so dry. She quietly repeated the words she had asked outside.
"How come?"
"The hell is a doink?" Kai inquired, patting the shoe further into his back pocket. "And I have two eyes, I just... don't... like using them at theeee.. same time?" He squinted his eyes at himself, questioning just why he only showed one eye.
"A test? Hm. I'm not sure." Kira smiled. "We'll just have to go see? Though, we won't black-hole travel there this time... It's too close for us to do that, really." She turned to look down the hall. They were down the hall and to the left; they were that close.

A faint smile, the ghost that was on his face earlier, laid upon his lips. Itachi stopped beside her, "You'll get sick." It was the obvious answer, but he knew it wasn't the one she wanted. For now, Itachi would just aim around the answer. Itachi's breaths were deep and steady; so far so good.
"A doink is.." Kurai thought about it for a moment. What the hell was a doink anyways? She herself didn't know. It just felt right to say at the moment. "A doink, you know. Doink, doink, doink." The way she had listed doink three times ran smooth, not really much of a list at all. Kurai frowned at herself. Was the medicine starting to get to her?
"You should smile more often, Kira-chan." Akane smiled back, the evil edge gone without a trace. She was right behind Kira and only paused to look back at the guy she thought was a guy, mistaken for a girl and back to a guy again. "You comin'?"

Nami huffed and looked away as a tear drop fell on her corset. She probably was already sick; she'd went outside in the first place with very little clothing. No sleeves, no pants... She trembled slightly, but not because she was cold.
". . . Itachi, I just can't." She quickly did a 90 degree turn to face him. "Why are you- -?!" Her voice had risen before she cut herself off, looking down again. She punched his chest, her hand lingering after, though there was no force behind it to back it up.
"You're stupid." Again, no force.
Kai made a frustrated face. "Dooooink. ... Isn't that the sound a pig makes? ... Wait, that's oink."
[[GAH. I has to get off in a second... awful timing for me to have to take a shower. x .x ]]
Kira looked away from Akane, sticking her tongue out as she followed slowly.
Deidara shrugged. "I got sculptures to make, un."
