Nelfien is running for office, and with a resume like his, and his slogan "Vote for me or I'll take it anyway" is giving him a lead in the election.

I would, he'd promise a quick demise to his enemies and follow through, followed by the building of a very elaborate castle, and a return to serfdom. Basically nothing would change and things would be more honest.
Besides, I gave him Caliburn... He has visions of grandur that involve the conquest of Brittan.

Ke'Nel could run as a religious-scholarly type who figured out the best way to eliminate the budget... and to spit his father, Nelphean.
So, Nelfien for the Republicans, Nelphean for the Democrates, Ke'Nel for a third independant faction, and Piper as an independent.
Almost as many runners as a canadian election.
