I was planning on driving down home to Corpus this weekend, but it's on the edge of the projected path. Where I'm at currently just happens to rest DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ******** PATH!!!!!! scream

I shot things today! mad
Well...two targets and a couple rocks, but I shot with guns that could probably blow your leg right off in one shot.
I know for a fact that they can kill a moose from 500 yards. (Provided you hit the right place of course.)

All high power rifles. Yowch. I'd hate to be infront of that. You're damn right. I've seen what one of these things can do to a deer, first hand. It's not a pretty picture. The deer got shot about the middle of it's back leg, the bullet richocheted(sp?) off the bone, sending it up the leg, breaking it as it went, it hit the spine, then changed direction again, going up the spine now, and about halfway up the spine it shot out. Loverly story, huh? mrgreen

WANTS THEM BAAAAAAAAD.
Okay, -ahem-
It's because of the current of High Pressure that circulating in the Gulf of Mexico, if the H pressure goes north earlier than expected, Hurricane Rita won't be headed torwards Texas but instead, Lousiana, possibly New Orleans.
And that would suck.
Bad.
