Well, as much fun as it's supposed to be to sit around and do nothing, I'm bored as hell.

Ugh a little over a month ago a friend begged me to buy my WOW account... has paided me 60 bucks only..I was selling it to him for 300$... which it is worth more.. but I wanted to get rid of it asap... so I took a cheap price on it. he now is like dude I would like if you would give me 60$ back and take the account back.. cause he is behind 4 weeks on payments..!!!!! I was like dude a deal is a deal... you either take your bit of lose on the cash... or you end up paying me... or I just take it back and sell it for more.
He calls me today and is like I bought another account and its no where near what mind is haha. Then was like I will buy yours next month.... I am praying he does.. otherwise I will be one P][ssed Lamb!

Turns out I did have something to do today. I developed a really nasty headache and had to call off sick from work. Took a nap which mostly worked, but I still have a headache.

I've nver LARPed before, I've always wanted to though. It sounds like so much fun, like when I used to pretend I was She-Ra when I was little with my Aunt. I wish I knew some one who lived near me so I can go with them once. 3nodding

Kujujuwa I've nver LARPed before, I've always wanted to though. It sounds like so much fun, like when I used to pretend I was She-Ra when I was little with my Aunt. I wish I knew some one who lived near me so I can go with them once. 3nodding I participated in a few. 2 CoC games, 2 star wars, 3 D&D. Though in the two CoC games, I was an NPC actor and SFX guy - someone had to make the place work. That would be a great activity. The one that Keith and Kev set up was the best. We played it in an abandoned brewery that was on property belonging to a friend of Keith's uncle. We spent weeks setting it up, turning the brewing vats into cthulhian spawning pools and cleaning to make it safe. High output prop weapons and squibs (little explosives) to make for realistic hits by the players. And Keith ran the entire show via hidden walkie-talkies that all of the players and crew wore, so everyone had SAN damage charts given to them, and Keith would tell them that they lost x-amount, so they would refer to the card and know how they were effected – seeing things, hearing things (which was handled by giving them a looped casette in a walkman. It was a huge production. But it was great.

It's an international organization, so there might be one near you, or there might be other types of LARP's in your area, depending on where you live.

Thanks Alecxander & Tiika! I am going to look into them, I played a few White Wolf games with my Boyfriend and some of our friends.
On another note, I am really trying to listen to Obama's speech about health care and can't help but be distracted by all the clapping. It seems like they all break out in a standing ovation every five words he says. I think I'll just wait and read it later.

I try to avoid politics as much as I can, it's too confusing.
In the two venues I play in, which are Dire Epiphany and Katharsis, there are Vampire, Changeling and Mage games available. If you wanted to play any other of the White Wolf games, you just have to find enough people who want to play and an ST to run it for you.

If it would not be a damning thing on my health, I should just move to the Chicago area. Kuju could make them give me a job. Yes, she would use her Kuju shadow skills - namely, I will tackle you and rip off your face while looking fabulous in a gothic lolita dress if you don't hire my friend-jitsu.

Which is entirely missing the point of why I said that. That if I went there, I could probably GM and eventually ST a LARP. I was never much good at the LARP wrangling aspects, always best in assistance areas.
