Ghost spotted Sora, reading, and she paused. He had a, well, really cute expression on his face while he was reading. She quietly leaned against the tree, watching him and occasionally watching his tail wag. She hadn't seen anything like that, even at Mesilici.

Sora continued to read, being absorbed in his book. His tail flopped about happily in the long grass as he waited, still having that smile as he read. Seems he was quite excited for hanging out with Ghost.

Ghost finally headed under the shelter of the willow tree, quietly sitting down beside Sora and peering at the book to see what it was about.

Sora kept reading a few moments after she sat down. His book was on various birds. He liked birds for some reason. But he soon glanced over and jumped some, finding Ghost at his side. "Didn't keep you waiting, did I?"

Ghost shook her head with a small smile. "Just got here," she told him, looking back to his book and tilting her head. Birds? Hm.

Sora closed his book and put it aside, then looking to Ghost. "So what do you feel like doing?" he asked. He was pretty much up for anything. Right now he just wanted to be around her. Maybe later he could ask her for her real name.

Ghost shrugged. She caught sight of a few people skirting the edge of the willow trees and frowned a little. "I guess something that won't catch a lot of attention?"

Sora nodded some and thought. "Well I'm up for anything you'd like to do, really." he said, rubbing the back of his head some. Man, this was embarrassing... He should have planned this much better...

Ghost laughed a little. "Guess we're both a little bit bad at planning," she said, shrugging. She tilted her head and looked back down at the book. "C'mon, she said, standing and holding her gloved hand out to him. She knew a really nice grove out in the woods where several songbirds liked to stay. Not many people went there, but occasionally she would. Animals didn't always run away from her.

Sora looked up at her and took her hand, getting to his feet. He grabbed his book and wondered where she was going to take him. Darn his curiosity.

Ghost quickly tugged the prince along behind her, taking an unknown wood path. Soon enough, they reached the grove. Though her aura usually frightened the animals, the aura of Sora balanced it out enough that they were quieter than usual, but stuck around. A couple of songbirds were feeding their young, and Ghost smiled a little at the sight, forgetting that Sora's hand was still in her own.

Sora followed Ghost through the woods, keeping up with her tugging.He wondered even more where she was dragging him until they came to the grove. It was a little quiet, but he spotted some birds up in the tree. He smiled some, watching the birds feed their chicks. It made him rather happy to be surrounded by so much undisturbed nature.

Ghost was not expecting, however, the small group of deer that came tentatively through the trees. Amongst them was what disturbed Ghost. There was a silvery fawn, clearly the soul imprint of the deceased creature, walking along with the others. She bit her lip and looked away. This hadn't been in her plan.

Sora glanced over, hearing the deer appear but saw Ghost look away. "Is something wrong?" he asked, his voice low as not to destroy the harmony of the grove by enhancing their presence there.

Ghost glanced from the deer, with the dead fawn, and to Sora. "There's the spirit of a dead fawn in that herd of deer. The mother is too sad to let him go; and the fawn is too lost without her guiding him."
