"He? ... James?" He was trying to figure this out and didn't think she liked James enough to even keep hanging out with him. He kept his eyes on the TV and waited for her answer. A loud noise came from the basement as a sign that Cyan was down there working.

she didn't give much reaction to it since she sort of came acustom to it. "yes. james. he won the bear for me and pick the rose."

Garreth just raised his eyebrows a bit in a sort of impressed manner. "Huh. At least he's trying." He didn't mind if she was dating or not. He didn't feel a threat from the boy so there was no need to be the over protective older brother. He would be if he thought James was a bad guy, but he didn't so he just shrugged it off.

Mari walked downstairs and seen Raine was home. "Hey baby girl. Did you enjoy your day?" She smiled and didn't notice her gifts because she walked into the kitchen to start and do some dishes.

She was unloading the dishwasher and looked up. She seen the rose and the bear and smiled. "Oh, those are cute! Did James get those for you?"

She filled a glass with cold water and sat it on the table. "Put that flower in there. Don't want it to die sooner than it has to." She then continued to unload the dishwasher and once she was done, she put some dirty dishes in.

she put the flower in the vase and kept holding the bear. she kept it close since she liked it a lot.

She finished loading the dishwasher and sat down at the table. She looked up at her and smiled. "You look like you enjoyed your day. And you have a new friend to keep you company." She was referring to the bear and just smiled.
