Chimchar throws the Silcoon out of the tree

Me: If that weren't a Silcoon, I'd have to force you to release it right now. You aren't allowed to have, much less catch, an evolved Pokémon until you're Tier 2. But since its a Cacoon Pokémon that can't do much, I'll make an exception... this one time.

Suiken and His Pokemon, Rouge and Tiki-Umi, were walking in the woods when they saw Brian and the others heading to Eterna City. They were just coming from there.

Tiki-Umi: Prinlup -shrugs and eats berries-
